【摘要】：基于區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的連續(xù)性、動態(tài)性,從區(qū)域創(chuàng)新投入、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出、創(chuàng)新潛力三個方面構(gòu)建區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力評價指標體系,運用熵值法對中國30省市2001—2010年數(shù)據(jù)進行處理并對結(jié)果進行分析,明確我國各區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的動態(tài)變化趨勢。研究表明,橫向來看,中國30省市創(chuàng)新能力存在顯著差異;縱向上看,各省市創(chuàng)新能力增長趨勢不盡理想,主要表現(xiàn)為:雖然各省市創(chuàng)新投入增長趨勢明顯,但創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出增長能力波動較大,且創(chuàng)新潛力增長速度緩慢。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文提出促進我國各省市創(chuàng)新能力提升的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the continuity and dynamics of regional innovation ability, the evaluation index system of regional innovation ability is constructed from three aspects: regional innovation input, innovation output and innovation potential. This paper deals with the data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2001 to 2010 by using entropy method, and analyzes the results to make clear the dynamic trend of innovation ability in different regions of China. The research shows that there are significant differences in innovation capacity among 30 provinces and cities in China, and the trend of innovation capacity growth is not ideal in vertical view, which mainly shows as follows: although the growth trend of innovation investment in different provinces and cities is obvious, But innovation output growth ability fluctuates greatly, and innovation potential growth speed is slow. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the innovation ability of provinces and cities in China.
