【摘要】：隨著中國加入WTO和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐漸全球化，物流已經(jīng)成為體現(xiàn)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的重要標(biāo)志。西方發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)的發(fā)展表明，現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)有巨大的拉動(dòng)作用，并有助于經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)代物流業(yè)是一種先進(jìn)的管理模式，它憑借計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)，將區(qū)域內(nèi)和企業(yè)間的生產(chǎn)、流通等經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行一體化管理，提高了運(yùn)行質(zhì)量。物流被認(rèn)為是除降低能源消耗、提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率以外的“第三利潤源”，為地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)力，受到各個(gè)國家的重視和關(guān)注�，F(xiàn)代物流將成為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)和新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)之一。 本文以河北省港口物流與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系為研究對(duì)象，探索港口物流對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用。首先，闡述了港口物流業(yè)形成過程、功能作用以及未來發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)；并在對(duì)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，將物流理論與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論相結(jié)合，探討了港口物流促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的理論依據(jù)；在實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)部分，本文選取秦皇島港口、唐山港和黃驊港貨物吞吐量以及河北省的地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值的年度數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本，建立模型，并進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。 河北省位于環(huán)渤海地區(qū)，有眾多港口，是我國東部地區(qū)的重要出�？�。河北省港口具備優(yōu)良的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)，港口物流發(fā)展?jié)摿薮螅核耐ò诉_(dá)的交通集運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)、地理位置優(yōu)越、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)完善以及相關(guān)的政策支持。對(duì)河北省港口物流發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)于充分發(fā)揮港口對(duì)全省發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)性和支撐性作用，以及港口自身發(fā)展和腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)的振興都具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文正是在此背景下，較為系統(tǒng)地分析了河北省港口物流的現(xiàn)狀、所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，同時(shí)本文對(duì)河北省港口物流對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究，，并提出了河北省港口物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和具體建議。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the globalization of the world economy, logistics has become an important symbol of the level of national economic development. The development of western developed countries and regions shows that modern logistics plays a great role in economic development and contributes to the sustainable development of economy. Modern logistics industry is an advanced management mode, which, by virtue of computer technology and network technology, integrates economic activities such as production and circulation between regions and enterprises, and improves the quality of operation. Logistics is regarded as the "third profit source" besides reducing energy consumption and improving labor productivity, which provides the basic power for the sustainable development of regional economy, and is paid attention to by all countries. Modern logistics will become one of the important industries and new economic growth points of China's economic development. In this paper, the relationship between port logistics and economic growth in Hebei Province is studied to explore the role of port logistics in promoting regional economy. First of all, it expounds the formation process, function function and future development trend of port logistics industry, and combines logistics theory with economic growth theory on the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of port logistics promoting economic growth. In the part of empirical test, this paper selects the annual data of Qinhuangdao Port, Tangshan Port and Huanghua Port as samples, and sets up the model. And carries on the empirical analysis. Hebei Province is located in the Bohai Sea region, there are many ports, is an important port in the eastern region of China. The ports of Hebei Province have excellent location advantages, and the port logistics has great potential for development: the transportation network, geographical location, infrastructure construction and related policy support. The study of port logistics development in Hebei province is of great practical significance for giving full play to the fundamental and supporting role of port to the strategic goal of the province's development, as well as the port's own development and the revitalization of the hinterland economy. Under this background, this paper systematically analyzes the present situation, advantages and disadvantages of port logistics in Hebei Province, and studies the relationship between port logistics and regional economy in Hebei Province. And put forward the port logistics development strategy and specific suggestions of Hebei Province.
