【摘要】：在轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下,我國新一輪區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移漸成規(guī)模,并呈現(xiàn)出由東部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)向中西部地區(qū),以勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)為主,較為明顯的梯度性態(tài)勢,由此也引發(fā)了中西部地區(qū)承接區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的競爭。運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)2006—2011年我國中西部18個(gè)省(市、區(qū))承接區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移競爭力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)結(jié)果把這些地區(qū)劃分為強(qiáng)競爭力、較強(qiáng)競爭力、中競爭力、較弱競爭力和極弱競爭力5種類型,且競爭力布局呈現(xiàn)出較大的時(shí)空差異性、區(qū)域圈層性等特征。順應(yīng)區(qū)域競合關(guān)系的演變,探尋優(yōu)化中西部地區(qū)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移競爭格局的可靠途徑。
[Abstract]:Driven by the transformation of the economic development mode and the industrial structure transformation and upgrading, the new round of regional industrial transfer in China has gradually developed into a large scale, and has shown a shift from the eastern region to the central and western regions, with labor-intensive industries as the main industries. The obvious gradient situation leads to the competition of the central and western regions to undertake the regional industrial transfer. This paper uses principal component analysis method to evaluate the competitiveness of 18 provinces (cities and districts) in central and western China from 2006 to 2011 to undertake regional industrial transfer. According to the results, these regions are divided into three categories: strong competitiveness, strong competitiveness and moderate competitiveness. There are five types of weak competitiveness and very weak competitiveness, and the distribution of competitiveness shows the characteristics of greater space-time difference, regional stratification and so on. In accordance with the evolution of regional competition and cooperation, this paper explores a reliable way to optimize the pattern of industry transfer and competition in the central and western regions.
