陜西省吸收利用外資的區(qū)位因素及潛力分析

【摘要】：利用外資也可以叫做吸收外資或者叫做引進(jìn)外資,它的意思吸引海外資本,跨國(guó)企業(yè)把一定的資金數(shù)額投入到國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)中來,用以在國(guó)內(nèi)進(jìn)行建立分廠和經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng),目的是提高東道國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平。以陜西省為例子,陜西省是在1949年之后才開始進(jìn)行利用外資活動(dòng)的。在本論文中,依次闡述了利用外資的國(guó)內(nèi)外綜述,在綜述的基礎(chǔ)之上闡述了關(guān)于利用外資潛力和區(qū)位選擇的國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)理論研究,緊接著分析發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ臉?gòu)成和區(qū)位選擇的影響因素,之后利用業(yè)績(jī)指數(shù)和潛力指數(shù)進(jìn)行一系列的計(jì)算,定量的分析出陜西省近年來利用外資的業(yè)績(jī)水平和潛力水平,得出陜西省利用外資的水平低于全國(guó)的平均水平和低于西部的重慶和四川、內(nèi)蒙古的水平,將陜西省利用外資的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行透徹分析之后,與西部各省份利用外資的情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,找出陜西省利用外資的不足之處,并進(jìn)一步分析了區(qū)位因素對(duì)陜西省發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠a(chǎn)生影響,在綜合了定量和定性的分析方法基礎(chǔ)之上,根據(jù)研究結(jié)果有針對(duì)性的提出陜西省提高吸收利用外資的對(duì)策,其研究結(jié)果也可運(yùn)用到利用外資的相關(guān)理論研究和實(shí)際應(yīng)用當(dāng)中。
[Abstract]:The use of foreign capital can also be called absorbing foreign capital or introducing foreign capital. What it means is to attract overseas capital. Multinational enterprises put a certain amount of capital into the domestic market for the purpose of establishing branch factories and operating activities in the country. The aim is to improve the level of economic development of the host country. In Shaanxi Province, for example, the use of foreign capital activities began after 1949. In this paper, the domestic and foreign foreign capital utilization is reviewed in turn, and on the basis of the review, the domestic and foreign theoretical research on the potential and location choice of foreign capital utilization is expounded. Then it analyzes the composition of development potential and the influence factors of location choice, and then uses performance index and potential index to carry out a series of calculations, and quantitatively analyzes the performance level and potential level of foreign capital utilization in Shaanxi Province in recent years. It is concluded that the level of foreign capital utilization in Shaanxi Province is lower than the national average level and is lower than the level of Chongqing, Sichuan and Inner Mongolia in the west. After a thorough analysis of the current situation of foreign capital utilization in Shaanxi Province, Comparing with the situation of utilizing foreign capital in western provinces, the paper finds out the deficiency of foreign capital utilization in Shaanxi Province, and further analyzes the influence of location factors on the development potential of Shaanxi Province. On the basis of synthesizing the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, according to the research results, the countermeasures to increase the absorption and utilization of foreign capital in Shaanxi Province are put forward, and the results can also be applied to the relevant theoretical research and practical application of foreign capital utilization.
