【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異通常是指在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)各區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展總體水平在人均意義上出現(xiàn)非均等化的現(xiàn)象。而對(duì)于研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的不僅有利于促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)、協(xié)調(diào)、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展，同時(shí)也是制定區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的重要依據(jù)。 本文通過(guò)將沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的55個(gè)行政單位作為研究對(duì)象，，利用2001—2011年這個(gè)時(shí)間序列內(nèi)的人均國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值、城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入以及農(nóng)村居民人均純收入這三個(gè)指標(biāo)作為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，通過(guò)計(jì)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、極差、相對(duì)極差、變異系數(shù)以及泰爾指數(shù)，同時(shí)還運(yùn)用多指標(biāo)的綜合測(cè)度，主要是利用主成分分析法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了更深層次的研究，最后認(rèn)為沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)在2001—2011年這一時(shí)間序列內(nèi)，總體上區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)水平逐年提高，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的總體趨勢(shì)呈現(xiàn)出下降的態(tài)勢(shì)，說(shuō)明沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的總體經(jīng)濟(jì)差異在逐年縮小，但是在局部經(jīng)濟(jì)差異方面就出現(xiàn)了一些不平衡性，市內(nèi)差異是造成局部經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的最大因素，而縣域差異則又是造成市內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的重要因素，也就是縣域差異相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較突顯，顯示出了一定的不平衡性。最后根據(jù)以上的研究結(jié)果，結(jié)合沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的實(shí)際情況，主要從沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的總體優(yōu)勢(shì)以及各個(gè)城市的自身優(yōu)勢(shì)兩個(gè)方面分析了其總體經(jīng)濟(jì)差異在縮小的原因。最后主要是針對(duì)局部差異主要是縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)部差異進(jìn)行了分析，從政策因素、區(qū)位因素、勞動(dòng)力的素質(zhì)因素對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，最后提出要通過(guò)政策的導(dǎo)向作用、加快城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)、實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)縣戰(zhàn)略、依托區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)等這一系列方面提出了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對(duì)策，以實(shí)現(xiàn)局部經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的全面、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Regional economic difference usually refers to the phenomenon of non-equalization in the per capita sense of the overall level of regional economic development in a certain period of time. The study of regional economic differences is not only conducive to the sustainable, coordinated and stable development of regional economy, but also an important basis for the formulation of coordinated development of regional economy. This paper takes 55 administrative units in Shenyang Economic Zone as the research object, using the GDP per capita in the time series of 2001-2011. The three indicators of the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the per capita net income of rural residents are taken as the basic data. By calculating the standard deviation, extreme deviation, relative extreme difference, coefficient of variation and Thiel index, the comprehensive measurement of multiple indexes is also used. It mainly uses principal component analysis method to carry on the deeper research to it, finally thinks that the Shenyang economic zone in 2001-2011 in this time series, the overall regional economic level increases year by year. The overall trend of regional economic differences shows a downward trend, indicating that the overall economic differences in Shenyang Economic Zone are shrinking year by year, but there are some imbalances in the local economic differences. The city difference is the biggest factor which causes the local economic difference, and the county area difference is the important factor which causes the city economic difference, that is, the county area difference is relatively prominent, has shown certain unbalance. Finally, according to the above research results, combined with the actual situation of Shenyang economic zone, mainly from the overall advantages of Shenyang economic zone and the advantages of each city itself, the reasons for the narrowing of the overall economic differences are analyzed. Finally, the author mainly analyzes the internal differences of the county economy in terms of the local differences, and analyzes them in detail from the policy factors, location factors and the quality factors of the labor force. Finally, the paper puts forward the guiding role of the policy. In order to realize the sustainable development of the local economy and realize the overall development of the whole Shenyang economic zone, the author puts forward the coordinated development countermeasures of the county economy in a series of aspects, such as speeding up the construction of urbanization, implementing the strategy of strengthening the county by talents, relying on the regional advantages, etc. Sustainable development
