【摘要】：縣域經濟發(fā)展的情況直接會影響到整個國民經濟的發(fā)展，它在整個國民經濟中處在非常重要的地位，因為縣域經濟發(fā)展起來了，就自然帶動了當地的農業(yè)，城市就會帶動鄉(xiāng)村，最終實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)共同富裕的大目標，這對遼寧省當地的經濟發(fā)展起到至關重要的作用，通過縣域經濟來帶動整個省份的經濟�？h域經濟的發(fā)展有效的促進了當地實現(xiàn)小康社會的目標，加快了城鄉(xiāng)建設的步伐，對“三農”問題的解決也起到很大幫助。 作為東北老工業(yè)基地的遼寧省，也是一個農業(yè)大省份，以前黨中央還沒有提出振興東北老工業(yè)基地時，遼寧省縣域經濟發(fā)展的好壞直接關系到遼寧省今后的發(fā)展，而我黨將縣域經濟提上日程是在十六大時，縣域經濟的發(fā)展推動了農產品加工業(yè)的發(fā)展，遼寧省對此方面做足了工作，制定了相關的法律法規(guī)來推動當地的縣域經濟，在2009年時縣域經濟的生產總值就達到了6千5百多億元，這相當于整個省份的生產總值的4成之多。這些成果讓遼寧省看到了新的希望，，在2011年的前兩個季度中，遼寧省的44個縣的生產總值同比增加了將近3成，這個增長量占到了整個省份的30%多。 遼寧省的經濟發(fā)展相比其他省份來說比較滯后，而且縣域經濟也受到各種外界和自己本身的眾多影響，這就使得縣域經濟在發(fā)展的道路上走的不是很順暢，主要表現(xiàn)在整體的競爭能力低、沒有自己的特色經濟以及發(fā)展不平衡等。這些問題都會讓縣域經濟的發(fā)展受到阻礙，而且還會讓遼寧省的經濟發(fā)展受到影響。 本文在了解遼寧省自身發(fā)展實際情況的前提下，結合經濟學理論的相關知識，通過各種分析方法來對縣域經濟發(fā)展狀況總體描述，分析出縣域經濟存在的問題以及影響縣域經濟增長的因素。再通過分析縣域經濟發(fā)展的影響因素來為縣域經濟在未來發(fā)展道路的選擇上提供一些參考意見。
[Abstract]:The development of the county economy will directly affect the development of the national economy as a whole. It is in a very important position in the whole national economy, because the development of the county economy will naturally lead to local agriculture, and the city will drive the countryside. Finally realize the big goal of urban and rural common prosperity which plays a vital role in the local economic development of Liaoning Province through the county economy to drive the economy of the whole province. The development of county economy has effectively promoted the local realization of the goal of a well-off society, accelerated the pace of urban and rural construction, and played a great role in solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Liaoning Province, as an old industrial base in Northeast China, is also a big agricultural province. When the CPC Central Committee did not propose to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China, the development of the county economy in Liaoning Province was directly related to the future development of Liaoning Province. While our party put the county economy on the agenda at the 16th National Congress, the development of the county economy promoted the development of the agricultural products processing industry. Liaoning Province has done a good job in this respect and has formulated relevant laws and regulations to promote the local county economy. In 2009, the county economy's GDP reached more than 650 billion yuan, equivalent to 40 percent of the province's GDP. The results give Liaoning province new hope, with 44 counties' gross domestic product rising nearly 30 percent in the first two quarters of 2011 from a year earlier, accounting for more than 30 percent of the province's total growth. Compared with other provinces, the economic development of Liaoning Province is relatively lagging, and the county economy is also affected by various external factors and by itself, which makes the county economy not very smooth on the road of development. The main performance in the overall competitiveness is low, without their own characteristics of the economy and uneven development. These problems will hinder the development of county economy, but also affect the economic development of Liaoning Province. On the premise of understanding the actual situation of Liaoning Province's own development and combining with the relevant knowledge of economic theory, this paper describes the overall development of county economy by various analytical methods. This paper analyzes the problems existing in county economy and the factors that affect the growth of county economy. By analyzing the influencing factors of county economic development, this paper provides some suggestions for the choice of the future development path of county economy.
