【摘要】：基于經(jīng)濟區(qū)域分析層次,運用多區(qū)域投入產(chǎn)出分析及有關差異分解方法,探尋生產(chǎn)視角下水足跡(生產(chǎn)水足跡)地區(qū)間差異及其成因,討論有必要調(diào)整生產(chǎn)的地區(qū)及調(diào)整內(nèi)容。研究結(jié)果顯示:1中國生產(chǎn)水足跡總體空間差異主要源于經(jīng)濟區(qū)域間差異(貢獻率69.46%);2中國西北、中部和東北區(qū)域生產(chǎn)水足跡高于其他經(jīng)濟區(qū)域;各經(jīng)濟區(qū)域生產(chǎn)水足跡均主要源于農(nóng)林牧漁業(yè);農(nóng)林牧漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)水足跡經(jīng)濟區(qū)域間差異是中國生產(chǎn)水足跡經(jīng)濟區(qū)域間差異的最重要成因(貢獻率59.19%),其關鍵因子為該部門最終需求量(貢獻率74.57%);生產(chǎn)水足跡相關指標區(qū)域間比較中,京津區(qū)域水資源壓力、西北區(qū)域生產(chǎn)水足跡強度、東北區(qū)域工業(yè)生產(chǎn)水足跡廢棄率高于其他區(qū)域?qū)?3各經(jīng)濟區(qū)域內(nèi)省區(qū)間生產(chǎn)水足跡在總量、部門結(jié)構(gòu)、差異成因上有異同,在生產(chǎn)水足跡相關指標上水平各異;4東北區(qū)域、上海等"很有必要"調(diào)整生產(chǎn),而"有必要"調(diào)整的有京津區(qū)域、吉林等;具體調(diào)整應結(jié)合水足跡地區(qū)間差異及其成因分析結(jié)果進行。在生產(chǎn)視角下水足跡研究中引入經(jīng)濟區(qū)域分析層次、構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)水足跡強度和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)水足跡廢棄率指標,具有一定創(chuàng)新價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the level of regional economic analysis, using multi-region input-output analysis and related difference decomposition method, this paper probes into the regional differences of water footprint (production water footprint) from production perspective, and discusses the areas and contents of adjustment of production. The results show that the total spatial difference of water footprint in China is mainly due to the difference between economic regions (the contribution rate is 69.46%), and the water footprint of production in central and northeast China is higher than that in other economic regions. The water footprint of each economic region is mainly from agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry. The economic difference of water footprint of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry is the most important cause of the economic difference of water footprint in China (the contribution rate is 59.19%, the key factor is the final demand of this sector (contribution rate is 74.57%); the correlation index of production water footprint is that of the final demand in this sector (contribution rate 74.57%). In the comparison between marked regions, The pressure of water resources in Beijing-Tianjin region, the intensity of production water footprint in northwest region, the waste rate of industrial production water footprint in northeast region are higher than the corresponding value in other regions. There are similarities and differences in the causes of the difference, in the production water footprint related indicators of different levels in the Northeast region, Shanghai and other "very necessary" to adjust production, and "necessary" adjustment of the Beijing-Tianjin region, Jilin and so on; The concrete adjustment should be carried out according to the difference of water footprint and its cause of formation. It is of certain innovation value to introduce the economic regional analysis level into the study of water footprint from the perspective of production, and to construct the index of production water footprint intensity and industrial water footprint abandonment rate.
