【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)解體原因一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者所研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，其中，對(duì)蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制及其成就的評(píng)價(jià)，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素在蘇聯(lián)解體過(guò)程中所起作用的認(rèn)識(shí)判斷各異。一部分人對(duì)蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制持全盤否定的態(tài)度，認(rèn)為建立蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式是導(dǎo)致蘇聯(lián)衰敗的原因。另一些學(xué)者則認(rèn)為，多年來(lái)蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)一直沒(méi)有得到客觀的評(píng)價(jià)。蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制使俄國(guó)從一戰(zhàn)時(shí)一個(gè)瀕于崩潰的、落后的、農(nóng)業(yè)為主和文盲占主導(dǎo)的國(guó)家在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)變成了一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的工業(yè)國(guó)家，其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度也達(dá)到世界最高水平。當(dāng)然，蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制也存在著嚴(yán)重弊端，其原因既有思想領(lǐng)域的保守僵化，也有在新科技革命領(lǐng)域方面的滯后。論文通過(guò)對(duì)比俄羅斯、烏克蘭、白俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦、阿塞拜疆、愛沙尼亞、摩爾多瓦七個(gè)加盟共和國(guó)在十月革命革命前、蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期和蘇聯(lián)解體后的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究，，得出初步的結(jié)論：一些國(guó)家在革命前處于非常落后的資本主義發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，或者封建社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，在進(jìn)入社會(huì)主義時(shí)期后，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了飛速的發(fā)展，人民生活水平得到質(zhì)的改善。而在蘇聯(lián)解體后其中多數(shù)國(guó)家社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展至今仍處于非常嚴(yán)重的滯后狀況。這就說(shuō)明：蘇聯(lián)體制雖然存在很多問(wèn)題，但并不是導(dǎo)致蘇聯(lián)解體的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The reasons for the disintegration of the Soviet Union have always been a hot issue of the relevant scholars at home and abroad. Among them, the evaluation of the economic system and its achievements of the Soviet Union and its understanding of the role of the economic factors in the disintegration of the Soviet Union. Some people have totally negated the Soviet economic system and believed that the Soviet economic model was the cause of the Soviet Union. Other scholars believe that the Soviet economy has not been objectively evaluated for many years. The Soviet economic system has made Russia a powerful industrial country in a very short period of time from the collapse of a war, backward, agricultural and illiteracy, and its economic development has reached the world. Of course, the economic system of the Soviet Union, of course, has serious drawbacks. The reasons are the conservative and rigid ideological field, and the lag in the new scientific and technological revolution. By comparing Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Moldova, seven republics in the October revolutionary revolution. Before the death of the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union after the disintegration of social and economic development, a comparative study was carried out, and a preliminary conclusion was drawn: some countries were in a very backward capitalist development situation before the revolution, or the development of feudal society. After entering the socialist period, the social economy has developed rapidly and the living standard of the people. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the social and economic development of most of the countries is still in a very serious lag. This shows that the Soviet system has many problems, but it is not the main cause of the disintegration of the Soviet Union.
