【摘要】：多數(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)體的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度隨第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重下降和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重上升而下降,在收入水平較高、人口規(guī)模較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)體中,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的這一關(guān)系幾乎普遍成立。通過(guò)一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的兩部門(mén)經(jīng)濟(jì)模型,證明了在第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重下降、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重上升及第二產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率高于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的前提下,由于就業(yè)從第二產(chǎn)業(yè)向第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的這一關(guān)系是成立的。收入水平和人口規(guī)模會(huì)對(duì)這一關(guān)系產(chǎn)生影響,從而產(chǎn)生一些例外的情況。在對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,說(shuō)明了中國(guó)東部地區(qū)近年經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度落后于中國(guó)其他地區(qū)可能是由于其進(jìn)入了第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重下降、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重上升的工業(yè)化后期發(fā)展階段造成的;東部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度的下降意味著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)入一個(gè)相對(duì)平緩的階段。在這一發(fā)展階段,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局的優(yōu)化應(yīng)緊密結(jié)合,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平不同地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變不應(yīng)采取相同的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整路徑。
[Abstract]:The economic growth rate of most economies decreases with the decline of the proportion of the secondary industry and the increase of the proportion of the tertiary industry. In the economies with higher income level and larger population size, the relationship between the economic growth rate and the industrial structure is almost universal. Through a simple two-sector economic model, it is proved that under the premise that the proportion of the secondary industry decreases, the proportion of the tertiary industry increases and the labor productivity of the second industry is higher than that of the third industry, Due to the transfer of employment from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry, the relationship between the economic growth rate and the industrial structure is established. Income levels and population size can have an impact on this relationship, with some exceptions. Based on the understanding of the relationship between the economic growth rate and the industrial structure, it is shown that the economic growth rate in eastern China has lagged behind that in other regions of China in recent years, possibly because of the decline in the proportion of economic growth into the secondary industry. The decline of the economic growth rate in the eastern region means that China's economic growth has entered a relatively slow stage. In this stage of development, the optimization of industrial structure and the optimization of industrial spatial distribution should be closely combined, and the transformation of the mode of economic development in different areas with different levels of economic development should not take the same path of industrial structure adjustment.
