基于質(zhì)量競爭力培育的甘肅經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,使得區(qū)域間的競爭越來越激烈。在日趨激烈的競爭中,可靠的質(zhì)量保證能夠使人們在競爭中取得優(yōu)勢。這個(gè)現(xiàn)象引起了人們越來越多的關(guān)注,不斷有專家對質(zhì)量在競爭中產(chǎn)生的能量進(jìn)行理論研究。從一開始局限于企業(yè)的質(zhì)量競爭力研究,不斷拓展到各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。本文從質(zhì)量競爭力的基本理論出發(fā),從而進(jìn)一步拓展到區(qū)域質(zhì)量競爭力的研究,逐步將質(zhì)量競爭力理論與甘肅區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問題結(jié)合,根據(jù)甘肅區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的競爭優(yōu)勢及劣勢,包括資源優(yōu)勢、人文優(yōu)勢、人力資源優(yōu)勢以及其他劣勢的評價(jià),并確立基本的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,用模糊綜合評價(jià)法進(jìn)行評價(jià),由此對甘肅區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展問題做出科學(xué)的評價(jià),在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出甘肅區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量競爭力提升的途徑和方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the competition between regions is becoming more and more fierce. In the increasingly fierce competition, reliable quality assurance can give people an advantage in the competition. More and more attention has been paid to this phenomenon, and experts have been studying the energy generated by quality in competition. From the beginning, limited to the quality competitiveness of enterprises, expanding to various fields. Starting from the basic theory of quality competitiveness, this paper further expands the research of regional quality competitiveness, and gradually combines the theory of quality competitiveness with the development of Gansu regional economy, according to the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Gansu regional economy. It includes the evaluation of resource advantage, humanities advantage, human resource advantage and other inferior position, and establishes the basic evaluation index system, carries on the appraisal with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, thus makes the scientific appraisal to the Gansu regional economy development question. On this basis, the paper puts forward the ways and methods to improve the quality competitiveness of Gansu regional economy.
