【摘要】：在經濟全球化的今天,合作已經取代競爭成為世界經濟發(fā)展的主流,國際合作促進生產、資本和市場的國際化,有利于實現資源的優(yōu)化配置,加速了資源、技術和信息在國際間的流動,促進了先進技術和信息在國際間的傳播,推動世界經濟的發(fā)展。 20世紀90年代以來區(qū)域合作迅速發(fā)展,世界上的多數國家都參與到了國際合作的大背景中,大多數國家都參加了一個或多個區(qū)域性合作安排,大部分地區(qū)也都被多個相互交織的區(qū)域合作組織所覆蓋,區(qū)域經濟合作已經成為當今世界經濟發(fā)展的關鍵問題。目前學術界已經開始對國際合作的緊密度問題進行研究,本文認為研究區(qū)域間的產業(yè)關聯(lián)情況是開展區(qū)域經濟合作的基礎性工作,國際產業(yè)關聯(lián)度是描述國際合作緊密關系,即合作強度的決定性因素。國際產業(yè)關聯(lián)的合作強度響應是指國際產業(yè)關聯(lián)對各國家間合作強度的影響。研究各個國家產業(yè)之間的關聯(lián)程度對合作強度的響應機制對促進世界經濟發(fā)展有著深刻的現實意義。 本文試圖從一個經濟學視角出發(fā),構建國際產業(yè)關聯(lián)的合作強度響應模型,以不同國家間產業(yè)關聯(lián)度的變動來研究各個國家的合作強度的響應問題,從一個新的角度分析了國家間進行經濟合作以及合作程度的響應機制,剖析二者之間內在的關系。國際產業(yè)關聯(lián)的合作強度響應模型的建立,有利于應用產業(yè)經濟學分析國際經濟合作領域研究的發(fā)展,是產業(yè)經濟學和應用經濟學的一次良好的溝通。該響應模型的建立為國際合作的研究提供了一種全新的視角,為國家間開展廣泛的經濟合作提供了理論參考。 本文意在提出通過加強國與國之間的產業(yè)關聯(lián)來提高合作的緊密度,推動國際合作的順利開展,促進了國家間的生產技術聯(lián)系,加深各產業(yè)生產在國際間的優(yōu)化配置,深入各國生產、技術、信息和經濟的國際化進程,對國際合作的研究具有積極的理論和現實意義。
[Abstract]:In today's economic globalization, cooperation has replaced competition as the mainstream of world economic development. International cooperation promotes the internationalization of production, capital and markets, which is conducive to the optimal allocation of resources and accelerates resources. The flow of technology and information promotes the international dissemination of advanced technology and information, and promotes the development of the world economy. Since the 1990s, regional cooperation has developed rapidly. Most countries in the world have participated in the background of international cooperation, and most countries have participated in one or more regional cooperative arrangements. Most of the regions are also covered by a number of interwoven regional cooperation organizations, regional economic cooperation has become a key issue in the development of the world economy. At present, the academic circles have begun to study the closeness of international cooperation. This paper holds that the study of regional industrial association is the basic work of regional economic cooperation, and the international industrial correlation is to describe the close relationship of international cooperation. That is, the decisive factor of the intensity of cooperation. The response of cooperation intensity of international industrial association refers to the influence of international industrial association on the intensity of cooperation among countries. It is of great practical significance to study the response mechanism of the degree of correlation between industries of different countries to the intensity of cooperation to promote the development of world economy. From an economic perspective, this paper attempts to construct a cooperative intensity response model of international industrial association, and to study the response of each country's cooperation intensity with the change of industrial correlation degree among different countries. This paper analyzes the economic cooperation between countries and the response mechanism of the degree of cooperation from a new point of view, and analyzes the internal relationship between the two. The establishment of the response model of the cooperation intensity of international industrial association is beneficial to the development of the research on the application of industrial economics in the field of international economic cooperation, and it is a good communication between industrial economics and applied economics. The establishment of the response model provides a new perspective for the study of international cooperation and provides a theoretical reference for the development of extensive economic cooperation among countries. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the industrial relationship between countries to enhance the close degree of cooperation, promote the smooth development of international cooperation, promote the production and technology links between countries, and deepen the optimal allocation of industrial production in the international community. Deepening the internationalization process of production, technology, information and economy in various countries has positive theoretical and practical significance for the study of international cooperation.
