【摘要】：隨著創(chuàng)新環(huán)境的日益變化及創(chuàng)新步伐的加快,構(gòu)建以市場為導(dǎo)向、企業(yè)為主體的政產(chǎn)學(xué)研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體系迫在眉睫。以市場導(dǎo)向的政產(chǎn)學(xué)研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模型為研究對象,以市場導(dǎo)向的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要為背景,分析了我國政產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新合作情況及面臨的困境,構(gòu)建了市場導(dǎo)向的政產(chǎn)學(xué)研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出保障機(jī)制,最終為政產(chǎn)學(xué)研用協(xié)同創(chuàng)新服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供理論參考及經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the change of innovation environment and the acceleration of innovation pace, it is urgent to construct a cooperative innovation system of government, industry, university and research with market as the guide and enterprises as the main body. Taking the market oriented cooperative innovation model as the research object and the realistic need of the market oriented technology innovation as the background, this paper analyzes the situation and difficulties of the cooperative innovation of government, industry, education and research in China. This paper constructs a market-oriented cooperative innovation model of government, industry, education and research, and puts forward a guarantee mechanism on this basis, which finally provides a theoretical reference and experience reference for the economic development of politics, industry, education and research with cooperative innovation.
