【摘要】：本文從影響機(jī)理的角度上對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷、勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移和城鄉(xiāng)收入分配之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了理論分析。并運(yùn)用山東省的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)對三者的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實證檢驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式總體上仍舊呈現(xiàn)為明顯的粗放特征,第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)對于勞動力吸納能力不足,城鄉(xiāng)收入分配差距長期看呈現(xiàn)擴(kuò)大的趨勢。因此,山東省應(yīng)該大力推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理化與高級化;消除勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移障礙,合理引導(dǎo)勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移;加快收入分配制度改革,以進(jìn)一步縮小收入分配差距。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the relationship among industrial structure change, labor force transfer and urban and rural income distribution is analyzed theoretically from the perspective of influence mechanism.Using the statistical data of Shandong Province, the paper makes an empirical test on the present situation of the three, and finds that the economic growth mode of Shandong Province still presents obvious extensive characteristics on the whole, and the second and third industries have insufficient ability to absorb labor force.The gap between urban and rural income distribution shows a trend of expansion over the long term.Therefore, Shandong Province should vigorously promote the adjustment of the industrial structure, realize the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure, remove barriers to the transfer of labor force, rationally guide the transfer of labor force, and accelerate the reform of the income distribution system.To further narrow the income distribution gap.
