【摘要】：山西省是全國規(guī)模最大的煤炭生產(chǎn)基地，山西的煤炭工業(yè)在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中扮演著重要的角色，山西的煤炭企業(yè)更為社會發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。然而，，山西煤炭業(yè)都存在資源浪費(fèi)驚人、生態(tài)破壞嚴(yán)重、安全事故頻發(fā)及礦區(qū)發(fā)展不和諧等問題，它們在很大程度上影響著山西煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，甚至關(guān)乎到全省乃至全國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文研究的核心就是山西煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)如何在高效利用資源并創(chuàng)造效益的同時，又能兼顧環(huán)境保護(hù)，踐行可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。而循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是實現(xiàn)資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境保護(hù)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式。因此，發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)是山西煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型跨越發(fā)展，邁向現(xiàn)代工業(yè)化的最佳選擇。 本文首先闡述了該問題的研究背景及意義，循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，并對循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及其相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述，從山西煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對生態(tài)環(huán)境和資源狀況造成的影響入手，在綜合歸納國內(nèi)、國際循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究與發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合山西省煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的實際情況，對山西省煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的現(xiàn)狀、問題、原因、條件進(jìn)行了分析，對山西煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的模式進(jìn)行了探索，最后，針對山西省煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)面臨的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決對策。
[Abstract]:Shanxi Province is the largest coal production base in China. Shanxi's coal industry plays an important role in our national economy. Shanxi's coal enterprises have made great contributions to the social development.However, there are some problems in Shanxi coal industry, such as astonishing waste of resources, serious ecological destruction, frequent accidents and disharmonious development of mining areas, which to a large extent affect the healthy development of Shanxi coal industry.Even related to the province and even the national economic and social sustainable development.The core of this paper is how to utilize resources efficiently and create benefits in Shanxi coal industry, and at the same time, it can take environmental protection into account and practice the strategy of sustainable development.Circular economy is a new economic development model to realize resource saving, environmental protection and sustainable development.Therefore, the development of circular economy is the best choice for Shanxi coal industry to stride forward to modern industrialization.This paper first describes the research background and significance of the problem, the current research situation of circular economy at home and abroad, and the emergence, development and related theories of circular economy.Starting with the impact of the economic development of Shanxi's coal industry on the ecological environment and the situation of resources, and on the basis of synthetically summarizing the research and development of domestic and international circular economy, and combining with the actual situation of Shanxi's coal industry,This paper analyzes the present situation, problems, causes and conditions of the development of circular economy in Shanxi's coal industry, and probes into the mode of developing circular economy in Shanxi's coal industry. Finally,In view of the problems faced by Shanxi coal industry in developing circular economy, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
