【摘要】：近年來，隨著世界各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的逐步開放，產(chǎn)業(yè)投資效率較低和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等問題已經(jīng)成為影響一個區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的重要因素，因此提高投資效率，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化顯得更加重要。河北省自改革開放以來，不斷加大投資，使經(jīng)濟保持快速發(fā)展，以至形成了今天較為完備的國民經(jīng)濟體系。但在這個過程中，河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)投資和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整也暴露出了一些問題。 本文綜合運用統(tǒng)計學、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、計量經(jīng)濟學、投資經(jīng)濟學的基本理論，站在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的層面上，對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)投資效率及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化進行系統(tǒng)研究。首先，對國內(nèi)外文獻進行系統(tǒng)地綜述，明確了相關(guān)的理論及概念；其次對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)投資及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進行描述性分析及對比分析，并運用固定資產(chǎn)投資效應模型及邊際資本產(chǎn)出比率（ICOR）研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)投資效率的概況；第三，利用誤差修正模型（ECM）研究三次產(chǎn)業(yè)及工業(yè)的投資效率，同時對三次產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的配置效率及第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部行業(yè)的投資效率進行全面系統(tǒng)的分析，從而基于產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)的角度發(fā)現(xiàn)河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)投資效率及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題；第四，利用最小二乘法及面板數(shù)據(jù)模型，，分別從投資來源結(jié)構(gòu)與投資主體結(jié)構(gòu)的角度對河北省宏觀投資效率及產(chǎn)業(yè)投資效率進行分析，并找出其中存在的問題；最后，針對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)投資及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中存在的問題，從多個角度提出提高河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)投資效率及優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的對策及建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual opening of economy in various regions of the world, problems such as low industrial investment efficiency and unreasonable industrial structure have become an important factor affecting the growth of a regional economy.It is more important to realize the optimization of industrial structure.Since the reform and opening up, Hebei Province has continuously increased its investment to maintain rapid economic development, and thus formed a relatively complete national economic system today.But in this process, Hebei Province industrial investment and industrial structure adjustment also exposed some problems.Based on the basic theories of statistics, industrial economics, econometrics and investment economics, this paper makes a systematic study on the industrial investment efficiency and structure optimization of Hebei Province on the level of industrial structure.First of all, the literature at home and abroad are reviewed systematically, and the related theories and concepts are clarified. Secondly, the descriptive analysis and comparative analysis of the current situation of industrial investment and industrial structure development in Hebei Province are carried out.Using the fixed assets investment effect model and the marginal capital output ratio ICOR to study the industrial investment efficiency, third, using the error correction model (ECM) to study the investment efficiency of three industries and industries.At the same time, it makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the allocation efficiency among the three industries and the investment efficiency of the internal industries of the second and third industries, so as to find out the problems existing in the industrial investment efficiency and industrial structure of Hebei Province based on the industrial investment structure.Fourthly, using the least square method and panel data model, this paper analyzes the macro investment efficiency and industrial investment efficiency of Hebei Province from the angle of investment source structure and investment subject structure, and finds out the existing problems.In view of the problems existing in the industrial investment and industrial structure adjustment in Hebei Province, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency of industrial investment and optimizing the industrial structure of Hebei Province are put forward from several angles.
