【摘要】：2009年12月希臘債務(wù)危機(jī)爆發(fā),而后愛爾蘭、葡萄牙相繼發(fā)生債務(wù)危機(jī),很快演變成為了歐債危機(jī)。歐債危機(jī)不僅對(duì)歐元區(qū)乃至世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的復(fù)蘇帶來(lái)了負(fù)面影響,進(jìn)而成為世界各國(guó)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一。因此,研究歐債危機(jī)的原因,以及對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 本文以國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論為理論基礎(chǔ),歐債危機(jī)的演進(jìn)過(guò)程為切入點(diǎn),分析歐債危機(jī)的原因,進(jìn)而分析歐債危機(jī)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。冰凍三尺非一日之寒,歐債危機(jī)的爆發(fā)盡管有外在因素,但是,歐債危機(jī)國(guó)家的國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)存在的問(wèn)題,以及歐盟內(nèi)部存在的問(wèn)題,都是引發(fā)這次歐債危機(jī)的主要原因。歐債危機(jī)國(guó)家各國(guó)人口老齡化嚴(yán)重,并且實(shí)行高福利制度,迫使政府支出通過(guò)舉債的方式解決,同時(shí),由于歐元區(qū)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,使得政府債務(wù)越積越多。從歐盟一體化組織角度而言,歐元區(qū)存在制度缺陷,缺乏危機(jī)預(yù)防機(jī)制和監(jiān)督機(jī)制,沒(méi)有退出機(jī)制。歐盟作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要板塊,其債務(wù)危機(jī)通過(guò)貿(mào)易渠道、金融渠道和預(yù)期傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制,對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)了負(fù)面影響。歐盟作為唯一高水平經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化組織,歐盟一體化過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,以及在歐債危機(jī)中表現(xiàn)出的各國(guó)存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,以及世界各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展都具有一定的啟示。特別是,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和人民幣國(guó)際化具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In December 2009, the Greek debt crisis broke out, and then Ireland and Portugal one after the other, which quickly turned into a European debt crisis.The European debt crisis not only has a negative impact on the recovery of the euro zone and the world economy, but also has become one of the focus issues of the world.Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the causes of the European debt crisis and its influence on the world economy.Based on the theory of international economics and the evolution process of European debt crisis, this paper analyzes the causes of European debt crisis, and then analyzes the influence of European debt crisis on the world economy.Although there are external factors in the outbreak of the European debt crisis, the problems in the domestic economy of the European debt crisis countries, as well as the problems within the European Union, are the main causes of the European debt crisis.Countries in Europe's debt-crisis countries have an ageing population and a high welfare system, forcing government spending to be financed by borrowing. At the same time, because of the unbalanced economic development of the euro zone countries, the economic structure is not reasonable.The government's debt is piling up.From the point of view of EU integration organization, there are institutional defects in the euro zone, lack of crisis prevention mechanism and supervision mechanism, and no exit mechanism.As an important part of the world economy, the European Union's debt crisis has brought negative impact on the world economy through trade channels, financial channels and expected transmission mechanisms.As the only high-level economic integration organization, the problems existing in the process of EU integration, as well as the problems existing in various countries in the European debt crisis, have great impact on the development of economic integration.As well as the economic development of various countries in the world have certain enlightenment.In particular, the transformation of China's economic development and the internationalization of the RMB have certain reference significance.
