【摘要】：中共十八屆三中全會勝利閉幕,全面深化改革的藍圖已經(jīng)展開。面對新形勢新任務(wù),全面建成小康社會,進而建成富強民主文明和諧的社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢,必須在新的歷史起點上全面深化改革,不斷增強中國特色社會主義道路自信、理論自信、制度自信;必須更加注重改革的系統(tǒng)性、整體性、協(xié)同性,加快發(fā)展社會主義市場經(jīng)濟、民主政治、先進文化、和諧社會、生態(tài)文明。為貫徹落實中共十八屆三中全會精神,準確把握全面深化改革的深刻內(nèi)涵,本刊特別開設(shè)"全面深化改革熱點問題大家談"專欄,為全面深化改革熱點問題的研究提供一個交流和探討的平臺,邀請資深學者專家對全面深化改革熱點問題進行研討,以期為全面深化改革建言獻策,促進中國特色社會主義制度的完善和發(fā)展,推進國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee ended successfully, and the blueprint for comprehensive deepening reform has been launched.In the face of the new situation and new tasks, to build a well-off society in an all-round way, to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country, and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream must comprehensively deepen the reform at a new historical starting point.We must constantly strengthen our confidence in the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics, in theory and in our system; we must pay more attention to the systematization, integrity and synergy of reform, and speed up the development of the socialist market economy, democratic politics, advanced culture, and a harmonious society.Ecological civilizationIn order to carry out the spirit of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and accurately grasp the profound connotation of comprehensively deepening the reform, our magazine has set up a special column on "talking about the Hot issues of All-round deepening Reform".In order to provide a platform for exchanges and discussions on deepening the research on hot issues of reform in an all-round way, senior scholars and experts are invited to carry out discussions on hot issues of comprehensive deepening of reform, with a view to providing suggestions for the overall deepening of reform.To promote the improvement and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
