【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整既是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期任務(wù)，又是當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展亟待解決的問(wèn)題，正如黨的十八大報(bào)告中所指出的：要引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，多渠道增加農(nóng)民收入，把解決好“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題作為各項(xiàng)工作的重中之重。河南省地處中原，是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大省，又是全國(guó)重要的糧食產(chǎn)區(qū)，河南農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r對(duì)全國(guó)糧食安全起著非常重要的作用，因此，河南農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整就顯得尤為重要。正是基于此，本文從河南省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r入手，根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，借助灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法和格蘭杰協(xié)整分析法，試圖從理論和實(shí)證兩方面分析河南省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示：第一，河南省農(nóng)、林、牧、漁各產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值與農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值的關(guān)聯(lián)程度從大到小依次為：種植業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)、林業(yè)、漁業(yè)、農(nóng)林牧漁服務(wù)業(yè)，，這說(shuō)明在河南農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中，種植業(yè)和畜牧業(yè)是主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的聯(lián)系最為密切；第二，格蘭杰協(xié)整分析結(jié)果表明：無(wú)論是長(zhǎng)期還是短期，河南省農(nóng)、林、牧、漁各產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)都保持著正向的變動(dòng)關(guān)系，雖然長(zhǎng)、短期各產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的彈性各不相同，但是其對(duì)河南經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)作用是顯而易見(jiàn)的。河南省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，種植業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)、林業(yè)、漁業(yè)的優(yōu)化，能夠有效地促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文又分析了河南省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問(wèn)題，并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題探討了河南省農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的途徑，提出了相關(guān)建議，希望能夠?yàn)楹幽辖?jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供一些有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:The adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is not only a long-term task in the construction of agricultural modernization, but also a problem to be solved urgently in the current agricultural development. As pointed out in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party, it is necessary to guide farmers to adjust the agricultural industrial structure.Multi-channels to increase farmers' income, to solve the "three rural" problem as the top priority of the work.Henan Province is located in the Central Plains, which is a big agricultural province and an important grain producing area in the whole country. The development of Henan agriculture plays a very important role in the national food security. Therefore, the adjustment of Henan's agricultural industrial structure is particularly important.Based on this, this paper starts with the development of agricultural industrial structure in Henan Province, according to the relevant theory of economics, with the help of grey correlation degree analysis and Granger cointegration analysis.This paper attempts to analyze the influence of the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure on the economic growth of Henan Province from both theoretical and empirical aspects.The results show that: first, the correlation degree between the value added of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry and the total agricultural output value in Henan Province is: planting, animal husbandry, forestry, fishery, agriculture, forestry and fishery services.This shows that in Henan's agricultural economy, planting and animal husbandry are the leading industries, which are most closely related to economic growth. Second, Granger co-integration analysis results show that, whether in the long term or in the short term, agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry in Henan Province,The relationship between fishery industry and economic growth is positive. Although the elasticity of each industry to economic growth is different in long and short term, its promoting effect on Henan economic growth is obvious.The adjustment of agricultural structure, the optimization of planting, animal husbandry, forestry and fishery can effectively promote economic growth.On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the agricultural industrial structure of Henan Province, discusses the ways to adjust the agricultural industrial structure of Henan Province, and puts forward some relevant suggestions.Hope to provide some valuable reference for the sustainable development of Henan economy.
