【摘要】：新疆地處中國的西北部，是中國面向中亞向西開放的“橋頭堡”。物流業(yè)的發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟增長有區(qū)位的特點。物流業(yè)在生產(chǎn)、流通、分配、消費等一些環(huán)節(jié)起著至關重要的作用。因此物流業(yè)的發(fā)展應該得到足夠的重視，發(fā)揮物流對經(jīng)濟的增長、促進作用。建立起中國向西開放的快速、高效的人流、物流、資本流等各種生產(chǎn)要素的大通道，對于中國經(jīng)濟的快速、健康、和諧的發(fā)展有著巨大的貢獻。因此獨特的位置決定新疆的物流地位的重要性，新疆物流業(yè)的發(fā)展有著重要意義。新疆經(jīng)濟跨越式發(fā)展的過程中，給新疆物流業(yè)發(fā)展帶來新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。新疆作為向西開放極為重要的門戶，肩負著與中亞國家經(jīng)濟，文化，，能源、服務等交流的重要責任。然而，新疆由于各方面的原因，在經(jīng)濟和物流發(fā)展方面遠落后于國家平均水平。新疆物流業(yè)的發(fā)展困難重重，如基礎設施落后、信息網(wǎng)絡不健全、地理環(huán)境惡劣，人才良莠不齊。但是也應該看到新疆物流業(yè)發(fā)展的潛力。 本文首先結合新疆的地理位置，并對新疆面向中亞物流業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題加以闡述；其次定性分析物流業(yè)對新疆經(jīng)濟增長的影響程度，分析了物流業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長之間關系；再次著重對新疆面向中亞物流業(yè)與經(jīng)濟增長關系進行了實證研究研究。結合影響新疆物流業(yè)的因素，提出促進新疆發(fā)展面向中亞物流業(yè)的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is located in the northwest of China and is a bridgehead for China to open to the west in Central Asia.The development of logistics industry has regional characteristics to economic growth.Logistics industry plays a vital role in production, circulation, distribution, consumption and other links.Therefore, the development of logistics industry should be paid enough attention to, give play to the economic growth and promote the role of logistics.The establishment of a fast and efficient channel for the westward opening of China to various factors of production, such as people flow, logistics, capital flow and so on, has made great contributions to the rapid, healthy and harmonious development of China's economy.Therefore, the unique position determines the importance of logistics status in Xinjiang, and the development of logistics industry in Xinjiang is of great significance.The development of Xinjiang's economy by leaps and bounds brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of Xinjiang's logistics industry.As an extremely important gateway to the west, Xinjiang shoulders the important responsibility of economic, cultural, energy and service exchanges with Central Asian countries.However, due to various reasons, Xinjiang lags far behind the national average in economic and logistics development.The development of logistics industry in Xinjiang is very difficult, such as backward infrastructure, imperfect information network, bad geographical environment and uneven talents.But also should see Xinjiang logistics industry development potential.Based on the geographical location of Xinjiang, this paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of Xinjiang's logistics industry facing Central Asia, and then qualitatively analyzes the influence of logistics industry on Xinjiang's economic growth.This paper analyzes the relationship between logistics industry and economic growth, and focuses on the empirical research on the relationship between logistics industry and economic growth in Xinjiang facing to Central Asia.Combined with the factors affecting the logistics industry in Xinjiang, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of logistics industry in Central Asia in Xinjiang are put forward.
