【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)了高速發(fā)展，綜合國力、居民的收入和生活水平均有了較大提高，但居民的收入差距卻不斷擴大，，這種狀況已成為實現(xiàn)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、全面建設小康社會、構(gòu)建和諧社會需要克服的主要困難之一。本文在研究有關我國收入差距產(chǎn)生、演化和解決途徑的相關文獻的基礎上，立足我國收入分配的實際情況。以馬克思主義的收入分配理論為指導，以西方相關分配理論和相關國家和地區(qū)的收入分配經(jīng)驗為借鑒。依據(jù)大量統(tǒng)計資料，對中國居民收入差距的演化過程、收入差距擴大的原因進行了分析。探討了改革開放以來我國居民收入差距的變化軌跡，并對收入差距演化軌跡進行了理論與實踐闡釋，在此基礎上提出進一步縮小收入差距的對策。本文的分析表明，我國改革開放以來，收入差距總體上先短暫縮小，后擴大，再縮小，收入差距的變動軌跡明顯呈倒U型的左半部分。目前處在倒U型曲線的高位平緩之處，且開始趨于下降，收入差距的拐點已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)。文章主要從經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡戰(zhàn)略、按勞分配和按要素貢獻參與分配的體制模式、以市場主導的初次分配體制不規(guī)范、以政府主導的再分配體系不完善等四個方面，淺析造成我國居民收入差距不斷擴大的原因。從調(diào)整經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展政策、構(gòu)建公平分配的體制環(huán)境、加快經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、完善再分配體系等四個方面探討了當前進一步縮小居民收入差距的對策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese economy has achieved rapid development, comprehensive national strength, residents' income and living standards have all been greatly improved, but the income gap of the residents has been constantly widening. This situation has become a transformation of the way to achieve development.Building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious society is one of the main difficulties to be overcome.Based on the study of the relevant literature on the generation, evolution and solution of the income gap in China, this paper bases on the actual situation of income distribution in China.Under the guidance of Marxist theory of income distribution, the western theory of income distribution and the experience of relevant countries and regions are used for reference.Based on a great deal of statistical data, this paper analyzes the evolution process of income gap and the reasons for the widening of income gap in China.This paper probes into the changing track of the income gap in China since the reform and opening up, and explains the evolution of the income gap in theory and practice. On this basis, the author puts forward some countermeasures for further narrowing the income gap.The analysis of this paper shows that since the reform and opening up in China, the income gap has been narrowed briefly first, then expanded, then narrowed. The trajectory of the income gap is obviously the left half of the inverted U-shape.At present, it is at the high level of inverted U curve and tends to decline, and the inflection point of income gap has already appeared.The article mainly from four aspects: the unbalanced strategy of economic development, the system model of distribution according to work and participation in distribution according to factors, the non-standard initial distribution system led by the market, the imperfect redistribution system led by the government, etc.The reason that causes our country resident income disparity to expand ceaselessly.From four aspects: adjusting the policy of economic and social development, constructing the system environment of fair distribution, speeding up the transformation of the mode of economic development and perfecting the redistribution system, this paper probes into the countermeasures for further narrowing the income gap of residents at present.
