【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的加速和改革開(kāi)放的深入,投資已經(jīng)成為各地推動(dòng)就業(yè)和促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要途徑。投資不僅讓讓更多的投資者人參與到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活動(dòng)中并獲得回報(bào),還能促進(jìn)一個(gè)地區(qū)形成資金、技術(shù)和市場(chǎng)的聚集,甚至帶來(lái)新的發(fā)展模式和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。投資環(huán)境是投資者所面對(duì)的客觀條件,是投資活動(dòng)中必須考慮的重要內(nèi)容,投資環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣直接影響著一個(gè)地區(qū)的投資活動(dòng)。因此,投資環(huán)境的建設(shè)日益成為地方政府、學(xué)術(shù)界和投資者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),對(duì)投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行客觀準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià)分析,提出科學(xué)的對(duì)策,也具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。本文在探討投資環(huán)境基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以自貢高新區(qū)為實(shí)例,研究其在內(nèi)外部環(huán)境相對(duì)其他地域在投資環(huán)境上的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),并進(jìn)行SWOT分析。使我們能更清晰地掌握自貢高新區(qū)投資環(huán)境建設(shè)中可以依靠的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和可利用的外部機(jī)會(huì),更加準(zhǔn)確地把握需要克服的內(nèi)部劣勢(shì)和應(yīng)當(dāng)化解的外部威脅,進(jìn)而幫助我們科學(xué)地提出自貢高新區(qū)投資環(huán)境建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略組合和相關(guān)對(duì)策建議,為自貢高新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展決策提供重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of China's economic development and the deepening of reform and opening-up, investment has become an important way around to promote employment and promoting economic growth. Investment not only to allow more investors to ginseng and economic development activities and rewards, but also promote a regional capital formation, technology and market aggregation, and even bring about development mode and the experience of management. The new investment environment is the objective conditions faced by investors, is an important content must be considered in the investment, the investment environment will directly affect a region's investment activities. Therefore, the construction of investment environment has become a local government, academia, and the focus of concern for investors, objective analysis and evaluation the accurate of the investment environment, and put forward the scientific solution, but also has practical significance. This paper discusses the basic theory of the investment environment, to the Zigong high tech Zone as an example, Study on its advantages in the external environment relative to other regions in the investment environment and the disadvantages, and SWOT analysis. So that we can more clearly grasp the construction of investment environment in Zigong high tech Zone can rely on the internal strengths and external opportunities available, more accurately grasp the need to overcome internal weaknesses and external threats should resolve then, help us scientifically proposed strategic combination of Zigong hi tech Zone, the construction of the investment environment and related countermeasures, provide an important basis for economic development decision of Zigong high tech Zone.
