【摘要】：隨著對外開放的不斷發(fā)展和深入，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展取得了舉世矚目的輝煌成就，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長持續(xù)較快發(fā)展，對外貿(mào)易與日俱增。但是城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不平衡與區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡也日益嚴(yán)重，成為制約我國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重大難點(diǎn)。與此同時，西部地區(qū)的收入分配格局的變化也呈現(xiàn)出顯著的差異。研究對外貿(mào)易對城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響方式和影響趨勢對于縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距具有重要意義。本文在結(jié)合前人的研究與實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上，采用定量與定性分析相結(jié)合的研究方法，就對外貿(mào)易是否影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距，以及如何影響西部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距等方面做了較為全面、深刻的闡述。首先，本文通過總結(jié)借鑒前人的研究成果以及國內(nèi)外縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，，描述和分析了全國與西部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距及對外貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀和總體變化情況，總結(jié)了我國城鄉(xiāng)收入差距變化的背景，并描述了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的特征和發(fā)展趨勢。分析討論了S-S定理在西部地區(qū)的適用性，并對其定性分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，筆者使用2000-2010年西部地區(qū)12個省市的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用線性回歸模型的相關(guān)計量方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。在實(shí)際操作過程中，運(yùn)用了逐步回歸的相關(guān)計量方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，得出了符合實(shí)際情況模型估計結(jié)果，檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明S-S定理在西部地區(qū)是適用的。但是由于西部地區(qū)是不發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，對外貿(mào)易規(guī)模較小，導(dǎo)致對外貿(mào)易對城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響不顯著。針對上述實(shí)證結(jié)果再結(jié)合我國西部地區(qū)正面臨內(nèi)陸開放的環(huán)境機(jī)遇，本文在第五部分分析了其他定理關(guān)于對外貿(mào)易對城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響，并作了定性分析，描述了我國西部地區(qū)當(dāng)前的要素稟賦、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和對外貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)了對外貿(mào)易影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響途徑和主要機(jī)制。通過相關(guān)定理和影響機(jī)制對未來對外貿(mào)易對西部地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響趨勢進(jìn)行了定性分析，結(jié)果表明：西部地區(qū)對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、要素市場和國家經(jīng)濟(jì)政策等多方面因素的共同作用使得其對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展在一定程度上促進(jìn)了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的擴(kuò)大。最后，本文針對分析結(jié)果，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，提出了在短期內(nèi)發(fā)展西部地區(qū)對外貿(mào)易的同時抑制和縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的對策及建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and deepening of opening to the outside world, China's economic development has made brilliant achievements that attract worldwide attention, economic growth continues to develop rapidly, and foreign trade grows day by day.However, the imbalance between urban and rural development and regional development is becoming more and more serious.At the same time, the western region income distribution pattern change also presents the remarkable difference.It is of great significance to study the influence mode and trend of foreign trade on the income gap between urban and rural areas.On the basis of previous research and empirical research, this paper uses quantitative and qualitative analysis to study whether foreign trade affects the income gap between urban and rural areas.As well as how to affect the income gap between urban and rural areas in the western region to do a more comprehensive, profound elaboration.First of all, this paper describes and analyzes the current situation and overall changes of the urban-rural income gap and foreign trade between China and the western region by summing up the previous research results and the experience and lessons of narrowing the urban-rural income gap at home and abroad.This paper summarizes the background of the change of urban-rural income gap in China, and describes the characteristics and development trend of urban-rural income gap.This paper analyzes and discusses the applicability of S-S theorem in the western region and tests the qualitative analysis results. The author uses the relevant data of 12 provinces and cities in the western region from 2000 to 2010 and makes an empirical study by using the relevant econometric method of linear regression model.In the process of practical operation, the empirical study is carried out by using the method of stepwise regression, and the estimation results of the model in accordance with the actual situation are obtained. The test results show that the S-S theorem is applicable in the western region.However, as the western region is an underdeveloped region and the scale of foreign trade is small, the influence of foreign trade on the income gap between urban and rural areas is not significant.In view of the above empirical results and combined with the environmental opportunities facing inland opening in the western region of China, this paper analyzes the influence of other theorems on the income gap between urban and rural areas in the fifth part, and makes a qualitative analysis.This paper describes the current factor endowment, industrial structure and foreign trade situation in the western region of China, and summarizes the influence ways and main mechanisms of foreign trade on the income gap between urban and rural areas.The influence trend of foreign trade on the income gap between urban and rural areas in the western region is qualitatively analyzed through the relevant theorems and influence mechanisms. The results show that: the structure of foreign trade in the western region,Factors such as factor market and national economic policy make the development of foreign trade to a certain extent promote the widening of income gap between urban and rural areas.Finally, according to the analysis results, combined with the experience and lessons of narrowing the urban-rural income gap at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to restrain and narrow the urban-rural income gap while developing foreign trade in the western region in the short term.
