【摘要】：目前我國已到了必須更多地依靠科技創(chuàng)新、提高勞動者素質(zhì)和管理創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動推動經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新階段,實現(xiàn)山東經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級關(guān)鍵在于提高自主創(chuàng)新能力。本文在比較分析山東科技創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問題和世界科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展趨勢基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒世界各國和國內(nèi)其他省市科技創(chuàng)新的先進經(jīng)驗和做法,提出了加快推進山東科技創(chuàng)新步伐、提升自主創(chuàng)新能力的建議對策。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has reached a new stage in which we must rely more on scientific and technological innovation to improve the quality of workers and management innovation to drive economic development. The key to realize the transformation of economic development mode and industrial transformation and upgrading in Shandong lies in the improvement of independent innovation ability.On the basis of comparing and analyzing the present situation of science and technology innovation in Shandong Province, the main problems and the development trend of science and technology innovation in the world, this paper draws lessons from the advanced experiences and practices of science and technology innovation in other provinces and cities of the world.Some suggestions are put forward to speed up the pace of scientific and technological innovation in Shandong Province and to promote the ability of independent innovation.
