【摘要】：在"自然實(shí)驗(yàn)"法評(píng)估下,可以將興邊富民行動(dòng)看做一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn),其實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象是邊境縣(市、區(qū)),而與其毗鄰的縣(市、區(qū))是天然的對(duì)照組,評(píng)估興邊富民行動(dòng)的實(shí)施效果則等同于檢驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組是否存在顯著差異�；诖�,對(duì)廣西興邊富民行動(dòng)的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行定量分析,回歸結(jié)果表明,廣西興邊富民行動(dòng)對(duì)其邊境縣(市、區(qū))經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展確實(shí)起到了顯著的促進(jìn)作用,但在交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和民生方面并不令人滿(mǎn)意。在廣西下一步興邊富民行動(dòng)中,應(yīng)重視基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和民生事業(yè),將興邊富民落到實(shí)處。
[Abstract]:In the "natural experiment" approach, can be the frontier action as an experiment, the experimental object is the border county (city, district), and adjacent to the county (city, district) is a natural control group, evaluate the effect of enriching the borderer activity is equivalent to the examination of the experimental group and the control whether there are significant differences. Based on this, the implementation effect of Guangxi frontier action of the quantitative analysis, the regression results show that the Guangxi frontier action on the border counties (cities, districts) economic development does play a significant role in promoting, but in traffic infrastructure construction and the people's livelihood is not satisfactory in Guangxi the next frontier action, should pay attention to infrastructure and people's livelihood, the frontier to the letter.
