【摘要】：區(qū)域開放創(chuàng)新是創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)在要求,通過開放度、資源獲取和吸收能力的提升影響區(qū)域創(chuàng)新績效。歐洲EURIS開放創(chuàng)新實踐,在官產(chǎn)學民四螺旋模式下,通過提高區(qū)域創(chuàng)新潛在交互能力、信息處理能力、實際交互能力,有效提升區(qū)域創(chuàng)新績效。國際創(chuàng)新競爭加劇要求中國引入四螺旋創(chuàng)新思維,政府、企業(yè)各界采取有效措施積極推動區(qū)域創(chuàng)新向開放創(chuàng)新轉型。
[Abstract]:Regional open innovation is an inherent requirement of innovation-driven strategy, which affects regional innovation performance through the improvement of openness, resource acquisition and absorptive capacity.European EURIS open innovation practice, under the mode of "four helix", improve the potential interaction ability, information processing ability and actual interaction ability of regional innovation, effectively improve the regional innovation performance.The intensification of international innovation competition requires China to introduce the thinking of four-helix innovation, and the government and enterprises from all walks of life take effective measures to actively promote the transformation of regional innovation to open innovation.
