【摘要】：本文以中國(guó)樣本數(shù)據(jù)為例,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了跨國(guó)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移和擴(kuò)散與國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系,得出如下結(jié)論:跨國(guó)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移和擴(kuò)散與國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力之間存在一種長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系和不同情況的Granger因果關(guān)系;無(wú)論是短期還是長(zhǎng)期,國(guó)際貿(mào)易和國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力的提升都能促進(jìn)對(duì)方的提高。在短期內(nèi)外國(guó)直接投資和國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力互相有促進(jìn)作用,但是長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力能夠促進(jìn)外國(guó)直接投資的增長(zhǎng),而外國(guó)直接投資的增長(zhǎng)卻不能有效提升國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力;在非常短的時(shí)期內(nèi)跨國(guó)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)嵌入的增多能夠短時(shí)提升國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力,而在較長(zhǎng)期內(nèi)跨國(guó)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)嵌入與國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力之間不存在相互促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the sample data of China as an example, this paper empirically tests the relationship between transnational technology transfer and diffusion and national innovation ability.The following conclusions are drawn: there is a long-term and stable equilibrium and Granger causality between transnational technology transfer and diffusion and national innovation capacity, both in the short term and in the long term.Both international trade and the improvement of national innovation ability can promote each other's improvement.In the short term, FDI and national innovation capacity can promote each other, but in the long run, national innovation capacity can promote the growth of foreign direct investment, but the growth of foreign direct investment can not effectively enhance national innovation capacity;In a very short period of time, the increasing number of transnational R & D institutions can improve the national innovation ability in a short time, but in the longer term there is no mutual promotion between transnational R & D institutions embedding and national innovation ability.
