【摘要】：采集22個中國主要貿易伙伴1984—2012年的數(shù)據(jù),利用System GMM方法剖析"中國制造"對全球經濟"大穩(wěn)健"時期的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):貿易規(guī)模、實際有效匯率、石油價格、固定資本投資等變量顯著擴大了全球經濟波動,但是"中國制造"顯著抑制了各國產出增長率波動,顯著降低了發(fā)達國家物價水平的波動,有助于全球經濟增長維系在"高水平、低波動"區(qū)制。全球價值鏈下的"中國制造"是一個長期變量。中國應利用全球價值鏈重組,進一步提升和發(fā)展加工制造業(yè),拓展國際市場空間;面對發(fā)達國家不合理的貿易制裁,有選擇地使用"鏡像策略",選取對方同一行業(yè)或者相似企業(yè)進行相應的反制裁;加強與其他國家的政策協(xié)調,改善全球經濟治理,構建全球價值鏈時代的國際經濟新秩序。
[Abstract]:The data of 22 major trading partners of China from 1984 to 2012 were collected, and the influence of "made in China" on the global economy during the period of "great stability" was analyzed by System GMM method. The results showed that: trade scale, real effective exchange rate, oil price, etc. Variables such as fixed capital investment have significantly expanded the global economic volatility, but "made in China" has significantly restrained fluctuations in the growth rate of output in various countries and significantly reduced the volatility of price levels in developed countries. "made in China" under the global value chain is a long-term variable. China should take advantage of the restructuring of the global value chain to further upgrade and develop processing manufacturing, To expand international market space; to selectively use "mirror strategy" in the face of unreasonable trade sanctions from developed countries, and to select the opposite side of the same industry or similar enterprises to carry out corresponding counter-sanctions; and to strengthen policy coordination with other countries. Improve global economic governance and build a new international economic order in the era of global value chains.
