【摘要】：政府公共支出作為政府作用于經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行和發(fā)展的重要手段，對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有獨(dú)到的導(dǎo)向和支持作用。所以本文重點(diǎn)研究公共支出對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的影響，并以最早進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)化改革的廣東省為例進(jìn)行分析，，希望對(duì)其他各省有所參考意義。 本文首先回顧了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)相關(guān)問題的研究，在此基礎(chǔ)上提煉了公共支出對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次，對(duì)廣東省公共支出規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，及對(duì)廣東區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度進(jìn)行測(cè)算。最后，將廣東省公共支出規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度進(jìn)行回歸分析。 在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上，本文得出以下結(jié)論：（1）在1980-2011年期間，公共支出規(guī)模與廣東省的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度之間呈正相關(guān)，也就是廣東省公共支出規(guī)模的不斷增加促進(jìn)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。（2）在1980-2011年期間，廣東省基本建設(shè)支出與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度呈正相關(guān)；也即加大基本建設(shè)支出，通過改善公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是有利于廣東省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的。（3）在1980-2011年期間，廣東省社會(huì)文教衛(wèi)生科研費(fèi)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展度呈正相關(guān)；也即加大教育的投入，改善社會(huì)基本公共服務(wù)等是有利于廣東省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的。
[Abstract]:Government public expenditure, as an important means for government to play an important role in economic operation and development, plays a unique role in guiding and supporting the coordinated development of regional economy, so this paper focuses on the impact of public expenditure on the coordinated development of regional economy. Taking Guangdong Province, which was the earliest market-oriented reform, as an example, the author hopes to give some reference to other provinces. Firstly, this paper reviews the research on the related problems of domestic and foreign scholars, and then refines the theoretical basis of the coordinated development of public expenditure on regional economy. Secondly, the paper analyzes the scale and structure of public expenditure in Guangdong Province. Finally, the scale and structure of Guangdong public expenditure and the degree of coordinated development of regional economy are analyzed by regression analysis. Based on the above analysis, this paper draws the following conclusion: in 1980-2011, the scale of public expenditure was positively correlated with the coordinated development of regional economy in Guangdong Province. That is, the continuous increase in the scale of public expenditure in Guangdong Province has promoted the coordinated development of the regional economy.) in the period 1980-2011, the capital construction expenditure of Guangdong Province was positively correlated with the degree of coordinated development of the regional economy; that is, to increase the capital construction expenditure. During 1980-2011, the social, cultural, educational, health and scientific research expenditure of Guangdong Province was positively correlated with the degree of coordinated development of regional economy, that is to say, the investment in education was increased. Improving social basic public services is conducive to the coordinated development of regional economy in Guangdong Province.
