【摘要】：2008年金融危機(jī)后,培育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為世界各國(guó)搶占科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)制高點(diǎn)的主要戰(zhàn)略手段。目前,各國(guó)為實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)興和推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),都將發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)作為主要突破口,我國(guó)也已提出發(fā)展“戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)”的新構(gòu)想,并將其視為提升產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的新方向。 在這樣的背景環(huán)境下,本研究將以聯(lián)盟能力作為切入點(diǎn),并結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的現(xiàn)有相關(guān)理論,研究戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,構(gòu)建聯(lián)盟中核心企業(yè)以其聯(lián)盟能力通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的中介作用影響戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的概念模型,探尋戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的根本推動(dòng)力。通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)管理人員和相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者的訪談,以及對(duì)233名受訪者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析,借助SPSS和AMOS等軟件對(duì)初始模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)建和修正,得出如下結(jié)論：一是核心企業(yè)的聯(lián)盟能力對(duì)推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合有顯著的影響,且聯(lián)盟能力的不同維度對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的影響方式不同；二是產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合對(duì)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有著顯著的影響,不僅影響其產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)水平,也同時(shí)影響著產(chǎn)業(yè)的社會(huì)需求和創(chuàng)新能力等;三是產(chǎn)業(yè)中核心企業(yè)的聯(lián)盟能力可通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的中介作用,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響。 這一研究結(jié)論,一方面為研究我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及驅(qū)動(dòng)因素提供了一種新的方法和思路,對(duì)于豐富聯(lián)盟能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合以及戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)理論和思想,具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)意義；另一方面,對(duì)于提升我國(guó)特別是浙江省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中核心企業(yè)的聯(lián)盟能力,提高企業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的意愿和水平,以及推動(dòng)我國(guó)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展有重要的示范和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:After the 2008 financial crisis, the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries has become the main strategic means for all countries to seize the commanding heights of science, technology and economy. At present, in order to achieve economic revival and promote economic growth, Both regard the development of strategic emerging industries as the main breakthrough point, and our country has also put forward a new concept of developing "strategic emerging industries", and regard it as a new direction to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. In such a background environment, this study will take alliance ability as the breakthrough point, and combine the existing relevant theories of industrial chain integration to study the driving factors of the development of strategic emerging industries. Construct the conceptual model that the core enterprises influence the development of strategic emerging industries with their alliance ability through the intermediary role of industrial chain integration. To explore the fundamental driving force for the development of strategic emerging industries. Through interviews with enterprise managers and experts and scholars in related fields, and a questionnaire survey of 233 interviewees, With the help of software such as SPSS and AMOS to construct and modify the initial model, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the alliance ability of the core enterprises has a significant impact on promoting the integration of industrial chain. And the different dimensions of alliance ability affect the integration of industrial chain in different ways. Second, the integration of industrial chain has a significant impact on the development of strategic emerging industries, not only its industrial structure, technical level, At the same time, it affects the social demand and innovation ability of the industry. Thirdly, the alliance ability of the core enterprises in the industry can influence the development of the strategic emerging industry through the intermediary function of the industrial chain integration. This conclusion, on the one hand, provides a new method and train of thought for studying the present situation and driving factors of the development of strategic emerging industries in our country, which can enrich the alliance ability, the integration of industrial chain and the related theories and ideas of strategic emerging industries. On the other hand, it is of great academic significance to enhance the alliance ability of the core enterprises in our country, especially in the strategic emerging industrial clusters of Zhejiang Province, and to improve the willingness and level of enterprises to integrate the industrial chain. And to promote the rapid development of strategic emerging industries in China has an important role in demonstration and guidance.
