【摘要】：由于不同區(qū)域在影響經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的自然資源、生產(chǎn)要素、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、歷史發(fā)展基礎、思想文化觀念等眾多方面的差異,總會導致出現(xiàn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的非均衡發(fā)展。無論是發(fā)達國家,還是發(fā)展中國家,均存在著一定程度的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、人均收入等方面的差異,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的不均衡是一個普遍性、國際性的問題。 浙江省地處我國東部沿海,自改革開放30多年來,浙江大膽變革生產(chǎn)關系,積極創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)方式,創(chuàng)造了中國縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新模式,縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展走在全國前列。但是,浙江省內(nèi)縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡、縣域發(fā)展差距逐漸擴大的問題日漸凸顯,浙北、浙東南沿�？h市與浙中、浙西南縣市的經(jīng)濟差距較大；并且在不同的縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中,產(chǎn)業(yè)相似度太高,層次相近,市場雷同；傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)的”低、小、散”的特征明顯,這已然成為了阻礙浙江省及各縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一個重要原因。因此選擇差異化發(fā)展是縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必然途徑,研究構(gòu)建浙江省縣域經(jīng)濟差異化發(fā)展途徑不僅具有理論意義,同時也具有實踐意義。 本文的主要內(nèi)容有：第1章為緒論,主要就論文選題的背景、目前國內(nèi)外縣域經(jīng)濟的研究現(xiàn)狀、論文研究的基本思路及主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、主要創(chuàng)新及不足等問題進行闡述。第2章為縣域經(jīng)濟差異化發(fā)展的理論基礎分析,主要對在研究縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中所用到的幾個理論進行基礎性分析。第3章對浙江省縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的概況和不均衡發(fā)展特征進行分析。第4章為浙江省縣域經(jīng)濟差異化發(fā)展的SWOT分析。第5章為縣域經(jīng)濟差異化發(fā)展的途徑設計。 全文通過對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,對浙江省縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不平衡發(fā)展現(xiàn)實的把握,制定浙江省縣域經(jīng)濟差異化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Because of the differences in natural resources, factors of production, industrial structure, historical development basis, ideological and cultural concepts, etc., which affect economic development in different regions, there will always be unbalanced development of regional economy. Or developing countries, there is a certain degree of economic development level, per capita income and other aspects of differences, regional economic imbalance is a universal, international problem. Zhejiang Province is located on the eastern coast of China. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world more than 30 years ago, Zhejiang has boldly transformed its relations of production and actively innovated its production mode, which has created a new model for the development of China's county-level economy, which is in the forefront of the country. The development of county economy in Zhejiang Province is unbalanced and the gap of county development is gradually widening. The economic gap between counties and cities in the north of Zhejiang, the coastal cities in southeast Zhejiang and the cities in the middle and southwest of Zhejiang is quite large, and in the different county economic development, The industrial similarity is too high, the level is similar, and the market is similar. The characteristics of "low, small, scattered" enterprises in traditional industries are obvious. This has become an important reason that hinders the economic development of Zhejiang Province and the counties, so choosing the differentiated development is the inevitable way of the development of the county economy, and it is not only of theoretical significance to study the way of constructing the differentiated development of the county economy in Zhejiang Province. At the same time, it also has practical significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the background of the selected topic of the thesis, the present situation of the domestic and foreign county economy research, the basic ideas and main research contents of the thesis, the research methods, The second chapter is the theoretical basis analysis of the development of county economy differentiation. Chapter 3 analyzes the general situation and unbalanced development characteristics of county economy in Zhejiang province. Chapter 4 is about the county economy in Zhejiang province. Chapter 5 is the design of the development of county economy differentiation. Based on the analysis of the present situation of domestic and foreign research, the paper grasps the reality of the unbalanced development of county economy in Zhejiang Province, and formulates the development strategy of county economy differentiation in Zhejiang Province.
