【摘要】：“贏者通吃”作為人類社會的現(xiàn)象，似乎勢不可擋，與其相伴的是收入差距的惡化。自改革開放開始，云南省的經(jīng)濟實力不斷增強，城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入水平均得到了很大程度的提到，然而城鄉(xiāng)收入之間的差距也日益擴大。針對這一現(xiàn)狀，本文對云南省經(jīng)濟增長和城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的現(xiàn)狀進行了統(tǒng)計性分析，然后對云南省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距與經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系首先從從理論視角出發(fā)進行了分析，然后從實證視角出發(fā)分別采用了時間序列數(shù)據(jù)、面板數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合具體的模型進行了具體分析，且利用空間誤差模型對面板數(shù)據(jù)進行了進一步的分析，并對所有的回歸結(jié)果進行對比分析，分析得出云南省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距與經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系，結(jié)合呈現(xiàn)出這種關(guān)系的原因給出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。 本文首先通過理論視角對城鄉(xiāng)收入差距與經(jīng)濟增長之間的關(guān)系進行了分析研究。通過分析得出城鄉(xiāng)收入差距通過影響消費、投資和人力資本等對經(jīng)濟增長產(chǎn)生影響，而經(jīng)濟增長通過二元經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)和資本市場來影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距，二者互相影響，且效應(yīng)可正可負，二者之間的具體關(guān)系主要取決于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和收入差距的實際情況。然后對云南省的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距和經(jīng)濟增長的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。通過統(tǒng)計分析得出，云南省自改革開放以來總體上一直保持著較快的增長速度，其平均增速高于全國平均水平；與此同時，云南省各州市的國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值基本一直在增長，但是各州市的國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值存在較大差異，且增長速度也存在顯著差距；云南省總體和各州市的城鄉(xiāng)收入兩者整體上均呈現(xiàn)為逐年增加，但是各州市之間存在較大差異；與此同時，云南省總體和各州市的城鄉(xiāng)收入的絕對差一直在擴大，但是云南省總體城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的擴大速度自2005年至2010年在降低。最后，通過實證分析視角出發(fā)運用了云南省總體的時間序列數(shù)據(jù)、分段時間序列數(shù)據(jù)、云南省各州市的面板數(shù)據(jù)通過時間序列模型、固定效應(yīng)模型、隨機效應(yīng)模型和空間誤差模型對城鄉(xiāng)收入與經(jīng)濟增長二者的關(guān)系進行了具體分析，分析均得出云南省經(jīng)濟增長對其城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的擴大具有顯著的正向效應(yīng)，且效應(yīng)大小較為接近，相對而言未考慮空間相關(guān)性的面板數(shù)據(jù)的效應(yīng)最小，而考慮了空間相關(guān)性的效應(yīng)最大。 針對本文的分析結(jié)果，本文提出應(yīng)通過提高經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度，從而增加可供分配的經(jīng)濟總量，且注重經(jīng)濟發(fā)展質(zhì)量，，加快云南省城市化進程和區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，改革具有二元性的戶籍制度和金融制度，完善收入分配中的再分配制度，促進政府宏觀調(diào)控作用的發(fā)揮等措施來提高農(nóng)民收入，縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距。
[Abstract]:As a phenomenon of human society, "winner-take-all" seems irresistible, accompanied by a worsening income gap. Since the beginning of reform and opening up, Yunnan's economic strength has been increasing. The income level of urban and rural residents has been mentioned to a great extent, but the gap between urban and rural income is also increasing. In view of this situation, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the current situation of economic growth and urban-rural income gap in Yunnan Province. Then the relationship between urban and rural income gap and economic growth in Yunnan Province is analyzed from the perspective of theory, and then time series data are used from the perspective of empirical analysis. The panel data is analyzed in combination with the specific model, and the panel data is further analyzed by using the spatial error model, and all the regression results are compared and analyzed. The relationship between the income gap between urban and rural areas and economic growth in Yunnan Province is analyzed, and the corresponding policy suggestions are given in combination with the reasons for this relationship. In this paper, the relationship between urban-rural income gap and economic growth is analyzed from the perspective of theory. It is concluded that the urban-rural income gap affects economic growth through influencing consumption, investment and human capital. The economic growth affects the urban-rural income gap through the dual economic structure and the capital market, and the effects can be positive and negative. The specific relationship between the two mainly depends on the level of economic development and the actual situation of income gap. Then, it analyzes the current situation of income gap and economic growth in urban and rural areas in Yunnan Province. Yunnan Province has generally maintained a relatively fast growth rate since the reform and opening up, and its average growth rate is higher than the national average. At the same time, the gross domestic product (GDP) of various cities in Yunnan Province has basically been growing. However, there are great differences in the gross domestic product (GDP) and the growth rate of each city, and the income between urban and rural areas in Yunnan Province and in each city is increasing year by year, but there are great differences among the cities. At the same time, the absolute income gap between urban and rural areas in Yunnan Province has been widening, but the rate of expansion of the overall urban-rural income gap in Yunnan Province has been decreasing from 2005 to 2010. Finally, From the perspective of empirical analysis, the paper uses the time series data of Yunnan province as a whole, the segmented time series data, the panel data of each city of Yunnan Province through the time series model and the fixed effect model. The stochastic effect model and spatial error model are used to analyze the relationship between urban and rural income and economic growth. It is concluded that the economic growth of Yunnan Province has a significant positive effect on the widening of urban-rural income gap. The effect of panel data without spatial correlation is the least, but the effect of spatial correlation is the largest. In view of the analysis results of this paper, this paper puts forward that the urbanization process and regional coordinated development of Yunnan Province should be accelerated by increasing the speed of economic development so as to increase the total amount of economy available for distribution, and pay attention to the quality of economic development. Reform the household registration system and financial system with duality, perfect the redistribution system in income distribution, promote the government to play the role of macro-control to improve the income of farmers, reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas.
