【摘要】：城市是一定地域范圍內(nèi)的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、信息和文化中心,在國家和地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用。城市化是一個“人口－經(jīng)濟(jì)－空間”三維一體的過程，其中人是行為主體，經(jīng)濟(jì)是驅(qū)動力，，空間是載體。人口和產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚是導(dǎo)致城市最初形成的原因，城市是人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)在空間集聚上的反映。城市空間的合理布局將影響著人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步集聚。 首先，本文在國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于城市空間布局及集聚效應(yīng)機(jī)理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合山西資源型地區(qū)的背景,通過統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)對山西省城市空間布局的特征進(jìn)行了描述。山西城市空間布局的基本特征:城市規(guī)模較小，城市空間布局比較分散，城市空間等級結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。其次，通過建立投入-產(chǎn)出模型對山西城市集聚效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析，得出結(jié)論：城市規(guī)模大的城市集聚效應(yīng)較強(qiáng)，城市規(guī)模小的城市集聚效應(yīng)不明顯；并通過進(jìn)一步分析指出產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理會削弱城市的集聚效應(yīng)，加劇城市空間的不合理布局。 最后,根據(jù)對山西城市空間布局及集聚效應(yīng)的分析，指出通過加快發(fā)展大中小城市,提高城市規(guī)模對城市的集聚效應(yīng)，同時優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)農(nóng)村人口合理流動、建立融資渠道、提高人均資本使用效率、以人口和產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚帶動城市空間的合理布局。
[Abstract]:The city is a political, economic, information and cultural center in a certain region, which plays an important role in the social and economic development of a country and a region. Urbanization is a three-dimensional process of "population-economy-space". Among them, people are the main actors, economy is the driving force, and space is the carrier. The agglomeration of population and industry is the cause of the initial formation of the city. City is the reflection of population and economy in spatial agglomeration, and the rational distribution of urban space will affect the further agglomeration of population and economy. First of all, on the basis of the research on urban spatial layout and agglomeration effect mechanism of domestic and foreign scholars, combined with the background of Shanxi resource-based region, This paper describes the characteristics of urban spatial layout in Shanxi Province by statistical data. The basic characteristics of urban spatial layout in Shanxi Province are: small scale, scattered urban spatial layout, unreasonable urban spatial hierarchy structure. By establishing the input-output model to analyze the effect of urban agglomeration in Shanxi province, it is concluded that the agglomeration effect of large city is strong, but that of small city is not obvious. Through further analysis, it is pointed out that the unreasonable industrial structure will weaken the agglomeration effect of cities and aggravate the unreasonable layout of urban space. Finally, based on the analysis of the spatial distribution and agglomeration effect of Shanxi cities, it is pointed out that through speeding up the development of large, medium and small cities, increasing the agglomeration effect of urban scale on cities, optimizing the industrial structure, and promoting the rational flow of rural population, Establish financing channels, improve the efficiency of per capita capital use, and promote the rational distribution of urban space by the agglomeration of population and industry.
