【摘要】：以武陵山片區(qū)境內(nèi)典型的專業(yè)村——保靖縣黃金村為樣本,采取住戶調(diào)查、深度訪談和定量分析等方法系統(tǒng)研究了黃金村的專業(yè)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程、影響因素、貧困演變以及專業(yè)化發(fā)展對(duì)貧困演變的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)傳統(tǒng)、技術(shù)突破、政府推動(dòng)和能人示范是專業(yè)化發(fā)展的主要影響因素,伴隨專業(yè)化發(fā)展,貧困狀況不斷減輕,專業(yè)化發(fā)展具有顯著的減貧效應(yīng),但在不同貧困維度上存在一定差異。藉此,對(duì)黃金村進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展提出了幾點(diǎn)建議,亦對(duì)連片特困地區(qū)農(nóng)村專業(yè)化發(fā)展和扶貧攻堅(jiān)予以一些借鑒與啟示。
[Abstract]:Taking Huangjin Village, a typical professional village in Wulingshan area, as a sample, this paper systematically studies the process of professional development of Huangjin Village and its influencing factors by means of household survey, in-depth interview and quantitative analysis. The influence of the development of poverty and specialization on the evolution of poverty is found that industrial tradition, technological breakthrough, government promotion and capable person demonstration are the main influencing factors of the development of specialization. With the development of specialization, the poverty situation is continuously reduced. Professional development has significant effect on poverty reduction, but there are some differences in different dimensions of poverty. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward for the further development of Golden Village. It also gives some reference and enlightenment to the development of rural specialization and poverty alleviation.
