【摘要】：收入分配和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界的熱點(diǎn)論題，目前國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)理論界的專家學(xué)者關(guān)于這方面的研究主要都是在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)分析居民收入差距及其對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響，關(guān)于山西省總體居民收入分配差距與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的研究成果尚不多見(jiàn)。山西省作為中國(guó)的煤炭資源大省，經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí)收入分配差距擴(kuò)大問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重，有必要對(duì)山西收入分配狀況及其與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析研究。 本論文從山西全省出發(fā)，從規(guī)模收入分配的角度，采用規(guī)范和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法，根據(jù)歷年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分析了山西省居民收入分配差距的變化趨勢(shì)及成因，并探討了收入分配差距與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系。主要運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法對(duì)居民收入分配差距的情況從多角度進(jìn)行分析，通過(guò)對(duì)基尼系數(shù)、城鄉(xiāng)收入比、變異系數(shù)等指標(biāo)值的測(cè)算，深入分析了山西城鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)部、城鄉(xiāng)之間、地區(qū)之間以及行業(yè)之間居民收入分配現(xiàn)狀及其成因。 在明確山西省收入分配現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，將收入分配與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)結(jié)合起來(lái)，根據(jù)近三十年的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)，通過(guò)建立計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型對(duì)山西收入分配差距和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行了協(xié)整關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)以及格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)，其中協(xié)整關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明山西城鄉(xiāng)收入分配差距與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間存在長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系，并且呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)的關(guān)系，格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示收入分配差距與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間存在雙向因果關(guān)系，效率和公平?jīng)]有兼顧。因此加快收入分配體制改革，增加居民收入，改善收入分配差距不斷擴(kuò)大狀況的任務(wù)勢(shì)在必行。最后提出了解決山西省收入差距過(guò)大問(wèn)題的幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策建議，，對(duì)現(xiàn)有研究山西省收入分配問(wèn)題文獻(xiàn)做了補(bǔ)充與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The relationship between income distribution and economic growth has always been a hot topic in economic circles. At present, experts and scholars in domestic academic and theoretical circles mainly analyze the income gap of residents and its impact on economic growth in the whole country. There are few studies on the relationship between the income distribution gap and economic growth in Shanxi Province. As a big coal resource province in China, the problem of widening income distribution gap is becoming more and more serious with the rapid development of economy in Shanxi Province. It is necessary to analyze and study the relationship between income distribution and economic growth in Shanxi. This paper starts from Shanxi province, from the angle of income distribution of scale, adopts the method of combining norm and empirical analysis, according to the statistical data of the past years, analyzes the change trend and causes of the income distribution gap of Shanxi residents. The paper also discusses the relationship between income distribution gap and economic growth. It mainly uses statistical analysis method to analyze the income distribution gap of residents from various angles, through the Gini coefficient, urban-rural income ratio, coefficient of variation and other index values. The present situation and causes of income distribution among cities and towns, between urban and rural areas, between regions and industries in Shanxi Province are analyzed in depth. On the basis of clarifying the present situation of income distribution in Shanxi Province, combining the income distribution with the goal of economic growth, according to the time series data of nearly 30 years, Through the establishment of econometric model, the co-integration relationship test and Granger causality test of Shanxi income distribution gap and economic growth are carried out. The results of co-integration test show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the income distribution gap between urban and rural areas and economic growth in Shanxi Province, and there is a positive correlation between them. Granger causality test results show that there is a two-way causal relationship between income distribution gap and economic growth. It is imperative to improve the situation of widening income distribution gap. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of excessive income gap in Shanxi Province are put forward, and the existing literature on the problem of income distribution in Shanxi Province is supplemented and developed.
