內(nèi)蒙古女性人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)交互作用研究

【摘要】:知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,人力資本作為一種獨(dú)立的資本形態(tài),對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。社會(huì)的進(jìn)步、國(guó)家的富強(qiáng)、民族的興旺、個(gè)人的發(fā)展,無(wú)不依賴于對(duì)人力資本的創(chuàng)造性的開(kāi)拓與應(yīng)用。人力資本的發(fā)展是推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力,人力資本運(yùn)營(yíng)推動(dòng)了創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)在社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域的全面展開(kāi),人力資本的價(jià)值提升是社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然要求。但是人們往往忽略了人力資本應(yīng)該是分性別的,而不只是男性的專(zhuān)利。 近年來(lái),學(xué)者們從社會(huì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、人口學(xué)等多學(xué)科領(lǐng)域展開(kāi)對(duì)女性人力資本的研究,呈現(xiàn)出了明顯的學(xué)科交叉研究的特性,在女性人力資本與家庭地位、生育率、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、勞動(dòng)參與率、性別平等等社會(huì)發(fā)展的諸多方面展開(kāi)論述,取得了豐碩的研究成果。這些研究不僅喚起了女性人力資本投資的重要性的認(rèn)識(shí),更從實(shí)踐角度提出了提升女性人力資本的可行措施。但是通過(guò)實(shí)證分析的方法來(lái)研究女性人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間關(guān)系的成果還比較少。 本文正是以人力資本理論為基礎(chǔ),以女性人力資本積累為視角,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)女性人力資本存量進(jìn)行評(píng)估,運(yùn)用歷史統(tǒng)計(jì)資料和調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)女性人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析,衡量女性人力資本積累對(duì)社會(huì)均衡可持續(xù)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)及重要意義,最終構(gòu)建基于女性人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間交互作用的新機(jī)制。 以我國(guó)歷次人口普查及歷年的人口與就業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒的數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)女性人力資本存量進(jìn)行評(píng)估,發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)蒙古女性人力資本的人均存量略高于全國(guó)平均女性人力資本人均存量,總體呈現(xiàn)了一種上升趨勢(shì),但同發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)存在著巨大的差距。 通過(guò)計(jì)量分析,內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)女性人力資本存量與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間存在著密切的因果關(guān)系,即他們之間相互影響,相互促進(jìn)與制約。女性人力資本通過(guò)提高自身及下一代的健康水平,為內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)提供持續(xù)的人力資本來(lái)影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平;女性人力資本通過(guò)影響生育率、下一代的教育和素質(zhì)水平以及家庭狀況來(lái)為地區(qū)提供高質(zhì)量的勞動(dòng)力,從而提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率;女性人力資本通過(guò)掌控自身以及家庭的消費(fèi)來(lái)刺激經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)等方面來(lái)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展來(lái)做出貢獻(xiàn)。而經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)則主要通過(guò)影響需求、影響女性社會(huì)地位以及增加女性人力資本投資等方面來(lái)提高女性人力資本,所以他們是相互影響,相輔相成的,他們之間存在著強(qiáng)烈的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。 最終提出相應(yīng)的政策建議,應(yīng)大力發(fā)展女性人力資本,增加女性人力資本的投資,完善社會(huì)主義保障體系,增加宏觀調(diào)控,提高女性社會(huì)地位等來(lái)提升女性人力資本存量,最終提升經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)水平。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, human capital, as an independent form of capital, has a profound impact on the real society. The progress of the society, the prosperity of the country, the prosperity of the nation, the development of the individual, The development of human capital is the fundamental driving force to promote social development, and human capital operation promotes the overall development of innovative activities in all fields of society. Increasing the value of human capital is an inevitable requirement for social development, but people often ignore that human capital should be gender-differentiated, not just a man's patent. In recent years, scholars from sociology, economics, demography and other fields of multi-disciplinary research on women's human capital, showing a clear cross-disciplinary characteristics, in terms of women's human capital and family status, fertility, Many aspects of social development, such as economic development, labor force participation rate, gender equality and so on, have been discussed and fruitful results have been obtained. These studies not only arouse the awareness of the importance of women's human capital investment, From the perspective of practice, this paper puts forward some feasible measures to improve women's human capital, but the results of empirical analysis on the relationship between women's human capital and economic growth are relatively few. Based on the theory of human capital and the accumulation of female human capital, this paper evaluates the stock of female human capital in Inner Mongolia. Using historical statistics and survey data, this paper makes an econometric analysis of the correlation between women's human capital and economic growth, and measures the contribution and significance of women's human capital accumulation to the balanced and sustainable development of society. Finally, a new mechanism based on the interaction between female human capital and economic growth is constructed. Based on the data of population and employment statistics yearbooks of past years in China, this paper evaluates the stock of female human capital in Inner Mongolia. It is found that the per capita stock of female human capital in Inner Mongolia is slightly higher than that of the national average. Through econometric analysis, there is a close causal relationship between female human capital stock and economic growth in Inner Mongolia, that is, they interact with each other. Mutual promotion and restriction. Women's human capital influences the level of economic development by improving the health level of their own and the next generation, providing sustained human capital to Inner Mongolia region, and women's human capital affects the fertility rate. (B) the level of education and quality of the next generation, as well as the situation of the family, to provide the region with a high-quality labour force, thereby increasing the rate of economic growth; Women's human capital contributes to economic and social development by controlling their own consumption and household consumption to stimulate economic and social development. Economic growth, in turn, mainly influences demand. The social status of women and the increase of women's human capital investment to improve women's human capital, so they are mutual influence, complement each other, there is a strong positive correlation between them. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions should be put forward, such as developing female human capital, increasing the investment of female human capital, perfecting the socialist security system, increasing macro-control and raising the status of women in society, etc, so as to raise the stock of female human capital. Eventually raise the level of economic growth.
