【摘要】：中部地區(qū)的發(fā)展是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展區(qū)域平衡的重要條件，安徽省亳州市與河南省鹿邑縣位于中部地區(qū)的渦河流域，由于歷史欠賬、地理位置、經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)等方面的原因，兩地的發(fā)展相較于周邊地區(qū)較為落后。對(duì)于兩地的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來說，作為后發(fā)區(qū)域，要另辟蹊徑。文化經(jīng)濟(jì)近年來熱度很高，文化的經(jīng)濟(jì)功能受到了人們?cè)絹碓蕉嗟闹匾�。通過研究，筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)安徽省亳州市及河南省鹿邑縣兩地具有大量道家文化遺存，并且沿渦河依次自西向東在兩地排列。同時(shí)兩地具備文化與習(xí)俗接近、人口較多、交通較為發(fā)達(dá)、具備一定工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)的經(jīng)濟(jì)起飛條件，并且道家文化在世界范圍內(nèi)的影響逐漸擴(kuò)大，，道家文化品牌價(jià)值日益增高。 因此，筆者認(rèn)為兩地可通過建立渦河道家文化經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的方式來協(xié)同發(fā)展區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)。筆者對(duì)兩地建立渦河道家文化經(jīng)濟(jì)圈進(jìn)行了SWOT分析，分析了建立渦河道家文化經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、威脅，以及相關(guān)的影響因素。通過分析，筆者認(rèn)為建立渦河道家文化經(jīng)濟(jì)圈是可行的。 筆者認(rèn)為，針對(duì)建立渦河道家文化經(jīng)濟(jì)圈的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、威脅四個(gè)方面的情況，相較于優(yōu)勢(shì)和機(jī)遇，研究解決存在的劣勢(shì)和威脅的方案和對(duì)策更為重要。因此在此基礎(chǔ)上，筆者分別從指導(dǎo)思想、基本原則、整體思路、具體措施四個(gè)方面對(duì)建立渦河道家文化經(jīng)濟(jì)圈提出了一些措施和建議。其中的具體措施主要針對(duì)建立渦河道家文化經(jīng)濟(jì)圈遇到的劣勢(shì)和威脅，提出了一些初步的解決方案，主要包括建立一心兩軸，協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基本布局，充分利用道家文化資源，打造道家文化旅游軸、促進(jìn)工業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)，推動(dòng)本地經(jīng)濟(jì)起飛等十個(gè)措施和建議。
[Abstract]:The development of the central region is an important condition for the regional balance of China's economic development. Bozhou City in Anhui Province and Luyi County in Henan Province are located in the vortex river basin in the central region, due to historical arrears, geographical location, economic basis, and so on. The development of the two places is relatively backward compared with the surrounding areas. For the economic development of the two places, as a backward region, it is necessary to take a different approach. The cultural economy has enjoyed a high degree of heat in recent years. People pay more and more attention to the economic function of culture. Through the research, the author finds that Bozhou City in Anhui Province and Luyi County in Henan Province have a lot of Taoist cultural relics. And along the vortex river in turn from west to east in the two places. At the same time, the two places have similar culture and customs, a large population, more developed traffic, and have a certain industrial basis of economic take-off conditions. And the influence of Taoist culture in the world has gradually expanded, and the value of Taoist culture brand is increasing day by day. Therefore, the author thinks that the two places can develop the regional economy in coordination by establishing the cultural and economic circle of the vortex river school. The author makes a SWOT analysis on the establishment of the cultural and economic circle of the vortex river school in the two places. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats and related influencing factors of the establishment of the cultural and economic circle of the vortex river Taoism. Through the analysis, the author thinks that it is feasible to establish the cultural and economic circle of the vortex Taoist school. The author believes that in view of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the establishment of the cultural and economic circle of the vortex river Taoism, there are four aspects, compared with the advantages and opportunities, It is more important to study solutions to existing disadvantages and threats. Therefore, on this basis, the author respectively from the guiding ideology, basic principles, overall thinking, The concrete measures put forward some measures and suggestions for the establishment of the cultural and economic circle of the vortex river Taoism in four aspects. Among them, the concrete measures are mainly aimed at the disadvantages and threats encountered in the establishment of the cultural and economic circle of the Taoist schools of the vortex river, and some preliminary solutions are put forward. It mainly includes ten measures and suggestions, such as establishing the basic layout of harmonious development, making full use of Taoist cultural resources, creating Taoist cultural tourism axis, promoting the construction of industrial parks, and promoting the take-off of local economy.
