【摘要】：金融生態(tài)是一個(gè)具有中國(guó)特色的概念，最早由周小川提出。良好的金融生態(tài)不僅有利于防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，還有利于提高誠(chéng)信意識(shí)，，增強(qiáng)區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。金融生態(tài)是借鑒自然生態(tài)的概念和原理，從整體的角度研究區(qū)域金融發(fā)展，克服了現(xiàn)有金融理論僅從某個(gè)方面出發(fā)研究金融的局限，進(jìn)一步豐富了金融發(fā)展理論。金融是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，金融的發(fā)展程度決定了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展程度。因此，從金融生態(tài)角度來(lái)研究金融發(fā)展，以及金融生態(tài)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系，具有非常重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 本文關(guān)注的是金融生態(tài)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的關(guān)系，結(jié)合四川省的實(shí)際情況來(lái)展開(kāi)研究。首先，從理論上分析金融生態(tài)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系。在類比自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)特征之后，分析金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)特征，以及歸納總結(jié)金融生態(tài)的內(nèi)涵和界定金融生態(tài)狀況的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，再回顧了金融發(fā)展理論，并在分析金融發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)上，分析金融生態(tài)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用機(jī)制，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，金融生態(tài)通過(guò)三個(gè)途徑對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生積極影響，分別是資本積累機(jī)制、資金導(dǎo)向機(jī)制、促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)機(jī)制。然后，從現(xiàn)狀分析和橫向比較兩個(gè)層面，對(duì)四川省金融生態(tài)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析，找到地區(qū)間的金融生態(tài)差距所在，為完善四川省金融生態(tài)提供借鑒。之后，在前文理論分析和經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析基礎(chǔ)上，選取相關(guān)模型和一定的指標(biāo)變量，利用定量分析方法，對(duì)部分表征四川省金融生態(tài)性狀的變量與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。最后，基于前文的理論分析與實(shí)證結(jié)果，結(jié)合四川省經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融生態(tài)發(fā)展情況，提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議，主要包括完善金融生態(tài)主體體系、營(yíng)造良好的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境、完善金融生態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制三個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Financial ecology is a concept with Chinese characteristics, first put forward by Zhou Xiaochuan. A good financial ecology is not only conducive to preventing risks, but also conducive to improving the sense of integrity. Financial ecology is to learn from the concept and principle of natural ecology, to study the development of regional finance from the perspective of the whole, to overcome the limitations of the existing financial theory to study finance only from one aspect. It further enriches the theory of financial development. Finance is the core of modern economy, and the degree of financial development determines the degree of economic development. Therefore, from the perspective of financial ecology, we study financial development and the relationship between financial ecology and regional economic growth. It has very important theoretical significance and practical value. This paper focuses on the relationship between financial ecology and economic growth, and studies the relationship between financial ecology and economic growth according to the actual situation in Sichuan Province. Firstly, the relationship between financial ecology and economic growth is analyzed theoretically. This paper analyzes the ecological characteristics of financial ecosystem, sums up the connotation of financial ecology and defines the evaluation index of financial ecological condition, reviews the theory of financial development, and analyzes the relationship between financial development and economic growth. By analyzing the mechanism of financial ecology and economic growth, it is found that financial ecology has a positive impact on economic growth through three ways, namely, capital accumulation mechanism and fund oriented mechanism. Promote technological progress and industrial upgrading mechanism. Then, from the current situation analysis and horizontal comparison of the financial ecological development of Sichuan Province, to find out where the financial ecological gap between regions, After that, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, we select relevant models and certain index variables, and make use of quantitative analysis method. Finally, based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical results, combined with the economic and financial ecological development of Sichuan Province, put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions. It mainly includes three aspects: perfecting the financial ecological main body system, creating a good financial ecological environment and perfecting the financial ecological regulation mechanism.
