【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告中指出，經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)要“全面提高開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平，適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的新形勢(shì)。提高利用外資綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)和總體效益�！蓖馍讨苯油顿Y日益成為國(guó)家和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要推動(dòng)力。改革開放30多年來，外商直接投資在中國(guó)的投資規(guī)模逐步壯大，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步、就業(yè)增加、對(duì)外貿(mào)易及財(cái)政收入等方面的發(fā)展起到了巨大的促進(jìn)作用。 在實(shí)施西部大開發(fā)、振興東北老工業(yè)基地和促進(jìn)中部崛起等經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的導(dǎo)向下，外商直接投資數(shù)量和規(guī)模也逐步由東部沿海向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移，形成了沿海、沿江、內(nèi)陸地區(qū)全方面結(jié)合的發(fā)展格局。 2010年，國(guó)務(wù)院正式批復(fù)了《皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)規(guī)劃》，把安徽省沿長(zhǎng)江各城市承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展納入國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。根據(jù)英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家約翰·鄧寧的投資發(fā)展周期理論，當(dāng)一個(gè)國(guó)家的人均國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值大于5000美元時(shí)，外商直接投資規(guī)模將更大。皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)已接近這一水平，將吸引越來越多的外商直接投資，全面提高開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平。因此，研究該區(qū)外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系有著很大的實(shí)際意義。 本文首先分析并總結(jié)了外商直接投資和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，然后，對(duì)相關(guān)理論深入總結(jié)與分析了外商直接投資的動(dòng)因、影響外商直接投資的因素及外商直接投資對(duì)一國(guó)或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響等理論。在文獻(xiàn)綜述和理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)外商直接投資的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了具體分析。外商直接投資對(duì)皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)資本形成、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)和對(duì)外貿(mào)易等經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面有著巨大推動(dòng)作用。接著，對(duì)皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值和外商直接投資二者關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。得出該區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)是外商直接投資的格蘭杰原因，而非結(jié)果。說明該區(qū)外商直接投資規(guī)模較小，有待提高。最后，，根據(jù)前文的理論與實(shí)證分析，提出皖江城市帶承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)提高開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平，進(jìn)一步吸引外商直接投資以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 18 National Congress of the CPC, it was pointed out that economic construction should "comprehensively improve the level of an open economy," Adapting to the new situation of economic globalization and improving the comprehensive advantages and overall benefits of utilizing foreign capital. "Foreign direct investment (FDI) has increasingly become an important driving force for national and regional economic growth. The scale of foreign direct investment in China has gradually expanded, which has played a great role in promoting the development of domestic technology progress, employment growth, foreign trade and financial revenue. Under the guidance of economic policies such as the implementation of the large-scale development of the western region, the revitalization of the old industrial base in the Northeast and the promotion of the rise of the central region, the amount and scale of foreign direct investment have gradually shifted from the eastern coast to the central and western regions, forming the coastal area and along the river. The development pattern of the inland area is a combination of all aspects. 2010, The State Council has officially approved the "Plan of the demonstration Zone for undertaking Industrial transfer in the Urban Belt of Anhui River", which includes the construction and development of the industrial transfer demonstration zone in Anhui Province along the Yangtze River into the national development strategy. According to John John, British economist. Dunning's Theory of Investment Development cycle, When a country's per capita GNP exceeds US $5,000, the scale of foreign direct investment (FDI) will be even larger. The economy of the Wanjiang urban belt's demonstration zone for industrial transfer is close to this level and will attract more and more foreign direct investment. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth. This paper first analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on FDI and economic growth, and then summarizes and analyzes the motivation of FDI. On the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis, the factors affecting foreign direct investment and the influence of foreign direct investment on the economic development of a country or region are discussed. The present situation and characteristics of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the demonstration zone of industrial transfer in the urban belt of Anhui River are analyzed concretely. The formation of capital and the industrial structure of the demonstration area of industrial transfer in the urban belt of Anhui River are studied by foreign direct investment. Employment of the labor force and foreign trade and other aspects of economic development have played a huge role. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between the gross domestic product and foreign direct investment (FDI) in the urban zone of Anhui River to undertake industrial transfer. It is concluded that the economic growth in this area is the Granger cause of FDI. But not the result. It shows that the scale of foreign direct investment in this area is relatively small and needs to be improved. Finally, according to the theoretical and empirical analysis above, it is proposed that the urban belt of Anhui River should undertake the industrial transfer demonstration zone to improve the level of open economy. Suggestions for further attracting foreign direct investment to promote economic development.
