馬克思消費理論視域下的中國和諧消費問題研究

【摘要】:馬克思認為消費不僅是一個經(jīng)濟問題,更是一個重要的社會問題和人的問題,他對于消費問題的研究不僅僅限于經(jīng)濟學的視域,而是將其置于廣闊的社會領(lǐng)域中進行研究,通過批判和構(gòu)建兩種途徑逐步創(chuàng)立了消費理論,并為馬克思主義消費理論奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。馬克思的消費理論包括了社會再生產(chǎn)的消費理論、資本主義的消費理論、未來社會的消費理論。馬克思的消費理論體系體現(xiàn)了四方面的特征:第一,消費與生產(chǎn)保持均衡發(fā)展;第二,消費發(fā)展的核心原則是以人為本;第三,生產(chǎn)與消費必須與自然環(huán)境保持協(xié)調(diào);第四,消費應(yīng)具有公平性。 和諧消費的內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì)是消費與經(jīng)濟社會相協(xié)調(diào)、消費與人的發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)、消費與生態(tài)環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)、消費體現(xiàn)公平正義,體現(xiàn)了馬克思消費理論的核心特征。從本質(zhì)上講,適度消費、綠色消費、可持續(xù)消費、低碳消費等都統(tǒng)一于和諧消費。因此,馬克思的消費理論是當代中國構(gòu)建和諧消費的理論基礎(chǔ),對消費發(fā)展的實踐提供了重要的指導思想。 和諧消費是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的主要動力,是縮小消費差距的有效手段,是彌補社會公共消費不足的重要方式,是保障和改善民生的重要途徑,是應(yīng)對生態(tài)危機的必然選擇,是抵制消費主義腐蝕的必然要求,是優(yōu)化消費環(huán)境的有力保障,是對失諧消費現(xiàn)象的文化反思,是重構(gòu)主導消費文化的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境,是完善消費相關(guān)法律制度的價值目標,是建立和諧消費價值體系的直接動因。簡言之,和諧消費是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展和文化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需要和必然要求,中國發(fā)展和諧消費是必然選擇。 中國實現(xiàn)和諧消費有四條路徑。一是樹立和諧的消費理念。通過加強消費教育和消費宣傳、消費者轉(zhuǎn)換消費理念、充分發(fā)揮文化引導作用和政策與法律保障等措施樹立起和諧的消費理念。二是實行和諧的消費方式。要實行和諧的消費方式,就要解決好中國當今存在的幾個重大問題:改善收入分配格局,增加和優(yōu)化公共消費供給,切實提高農(nóng)民收入水平,提高居民消費水平和消費力。三是營造和諧的消費環(huán)境。完善消費政策體系,健全消費法律體系,優(yōu)化消費道德環(huán)境,,加強市場行為的監(jiān)管。四是構(gòu)建和諧的消費文化。在文化全球化的背景下,要構(gòu)建和諧的消費文化必須融合先進的外來文化,傳承優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)消費文化,同時,政府要發(fā)揮文化職能推進消費文化建設(shè),并強化傳媒對消費文化的積極作用。 綜上,和諧消費是合規(guī)律性與合目的性的統(tǒng)一,和諧消費是人與自然、人與人和諧的統(tǒng)一,和諧消費是社會選擇與個人選擇的統(tǒng)一。中國要構(gòu)建和諧消費,就是要在國家的主導下每個人樹立起和諧的消費理念、在和諧的消費環(huán)境中通過和諧的消費行為實現(xiàn)和諧的消費方式,構(gòu)建和諧的消費文化,從根本上實現(xiàn)人與經(jīng)濟社會、人與生態(tài)自然、人與人的和諧。
[Abstract]:Marx thinks that consumption is not only an economic problem, but also an important social problem and a human problem. By criticizing and constructing the consumption theory, the author has gradually established the consumption theory and laid a solid foundation for the Marxist consumption theory. Marx's consumption theory includes the consumption theory of social reproduction and the consumption theory of capitalism. The consumption theory of the future society. Marx's consumption theory system embodies the characteristics of four aspects: first, the balanced development of consumption and production; second, the core principle of consumption development is people-oriented; third, Production and consumption must be coordinated with the natural environment; 4th, consumption should have equity. The connotation and essence of harmonious consumption is the coordination between consumption and economy and society, between consumption and human development, between consumption and ecological environment, between consumption and ecological environment, and between consumption and justice, and embodies the core characteristics of Marx's consumption theory. Moderate consumption, green consumption, sustainable consumption and low carbon consumption are all unified in harmonious consumption. Therefore, Marx's consumption theory is the theoretical basis of constructing harmonious consumption in contemporary China, which provides an important guiding ideology for the practice of consumption development. Harmonious consumption is the main motive force to change the mode of economic development, an effective means to narrow the consumption gap, an important way to make up for the insufficiency of social public consumption, an important way to protect and improve the people's livelihood, and an inevitable choice to deal with the ecological crisis. It is an inevitable requirement to resist the corrosion of consumerism, a powerful guarantee to optimize the consumption environment, a cultural reflection on the phenomenon of mismatched consumption, a basic environment for reconstructing the dominant consumption culture, and a value goal for perfecting the consumption-related legal system. In short, harmonious consumption is the realistic need and inevitable requirement of economic development, social development and cultural development, and the development of harmonious consumption in China is the inevitable choice. There are four ways to achieve harmonious consumption in China. One is to establish a harmonious consumption concept. By strengthening consumption education and consumption propaganda, consumers can change their consumption ideas. Give full play to the role of cultural guidance, policy and legal protection and other measures to establish a harmonious concept of consumption. Second, the implementation of a harmonious consumption mode. We must solve several major problems that exist in China today: to improve the pattern of income distribution, to increase and optimize the supply of public consumption, and to effectively raise the level of farmers' income. Third, build a harmonious consumption environment, perfect the consumption policy system, perfect the consumption law system, optimize the consumption moral environment, Fourth, to build a harmonious consumer culture. In the context of cultural globalization, to build a harmonious consumption culture must integrate advanced foreign culture, pass on excellent traditional consumption culture, at the same time, The government should exert its cultural function to promote the construction of consumer culture and strengthen the positive role of media in consumer culture. To sum up, harmonious consumption is the unity of regularity and purpose, harmonious consumption is the unity of man and nature, man and man are harmonious, harmonious consumption is the unity of social choice and individual choice. That is to set up a harmonious consumption concept for everyone under the guidance of the country, to achieve harmonious consumption mode through harmonious consumption behavior in a harmonious consumption environment, to construct a harmonious consumption culture, and to fundamentally realize the relationship between human beings and economic society.
