【摘要】：文章分析了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新常態(tài)給我國發(fā)展帶來的新機遇,及新常態(tài)下我國能源供需形勢的重大變化;同時,分析了近年來我國節(jié)能形勢的發(fā)展,并從宏觀角度為新形勢下我國節(jié)能發(fā)展提供了建議。
