【摘要】：文章運用中國1978~2012年的數(shù)據(jù),采用誤差修正模型(VECM)與Granger因果檢驗等方法進行實證估計,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):不論是在短期還是在長期內(nèi),城市化都是顯著影響收入差距的原因。城市化短期內(nèi)縮小而長期內(nèi)擴大了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,呈現(xiàn)"U"型結(jié)構(gòu)。這主要是因為長期以來中國推行的城市偏向、扭曲的城鎮(zhèn)化道路,在總趨勢上擴大了城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,而開啟的新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路則在短期內(nèi)縮小了收入差距。政府用于農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)性支出的增加及政府對農(nóng)村的生產(chǎn)性支出相對于農(nóng)村固定資產(chǎn)投資較快增長在短期內(nèi)(與城市化共同作用)及在長期內(nèi)都能顯著地縮小收入差距,可部分解決城市化發(fā)展中農(nóng)村發(fā)展資金不足的問題。政府應進一步穩(wěn)步推行統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路,同時應繼續(xù)加大對農(nóng)村和農(nóng)業(yè)特別是基礎(chǔ)設施等的投入,使得城鄉(xiāng)收入最終均等化。
[Abstract]:Based on the data from 1978 to 2012 in China, the paper uses the error correction model (VECM) and the Granger causality test to make an empirical estimate. The results show that: in the short or long term, Urbanization is the reason why the income gap is significantly affected. Urbanization shrinks in the short term and widens the income gap between urban and rural areas in the long run, showing a "U" structure. This is mainly due to the long history of urban bias and distorted urbanization in China. In the general trend, the income gap between urban and rural areas has been widened. However, the new way of urbanization has narrowed the income gap in the short term. The increase of government productive expenditure in rural areas and the rapid growth of government productive expenditure in rural areas compared with fixed assets investment in rural areas are in the short term (. Both together with urbanization) and in the long run can significantly narrow the income gap, The problem of insufficient funds for rural development in the course of urbanization can be partially solved. The government should further steadily promote a new urbanization road that coordinates urban and rural development, and at the same time should continue to increase investment in rural areas and agriculture, especially in infrastructure. The final equalization of urban and rural income.
