【摘要】：在當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系日益緊密的背景下，一國(guó)若要實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展，對(duì)外開(kāi)放已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)必然選擇。研究區(qū)域?qū)ν忾_(kāi)放與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系對(duì)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。近年來(lái)，新疆已經(jīng)逐步形成了沿邊境線、沿亞歐大陸橋和沿交通干線的全方位、多層次、寬領(lǐng)域的對(duì)外開(kāi)放格局。但新疆的開(kāi)放程度究竟如何，對(duì)外開(kāi)放度對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響又如何，，本文主要從以上兩個(gè)角度來(lái)研究新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放度與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系。 本文在對(duì)新疆的對(duì)外貿(mào)易、利用外商直接投資和旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易等對(duì)外開(kāi)放方面發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)剖析了新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放的影響因素。接著通過(guò)選取外貿(mào)依存度、外資依存度和旅游服務(wù)貿(mào)易依存度等指標(biāo)構(gòu)建測(cè)度新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放度的指標(biāo)體系，再通過(guò)主成分分析測(cè)算出新疆的對(duì)外開(kāi)放度,并與全國(guó)水平進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。最后通過(guò)構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放度與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的模型，實(shí)證研究了新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放度與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明：地緣因素、資源因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素和政策因素共同影響新疆的對(duì)外開(kāi)放。新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放度測(cè)算后與全國(guó)水平的對(duì)比顯示，新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放度仍然處在較低的水平。實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果表明新疆對(duì)外開(kāi)放度對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著正面影響，但對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的拉動(dòng)作用還不大，新疆的對(duì)外開(kāi)放度有待進(jìn)一步提高。最后，本文在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出新疆通過(guò)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大對(duì)外開(kāi)放促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In the context of today's increasingly close global economic ties, if a country is to achieve sustained and rapid economic development, Opening to the outside world has become an inevitable choice. It is of great significance to study the relationship between regional opening up and economic development. In recent years, Xinjiang has gradually formed a border line. The opening up pattern along the Eurasian Continental Bridge and along the main traffic lines in all directions, at various levels and in a wide range of fields. But what is the degree of opening up in Xinjiang and the impact of the degree of opening up on economic development? This paper studies the relationship between Xinjiang's degree of opening to the outside world and economic development from the above two angles. Based on the analysis of the development of Xinjiang's foreign trade, foreign direct investment and tourism service trade, this paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors of Xinjiang's opening to the outside world. The foreign capital dependence degree and tourism service trade dependence index system are constructed to measure the degree of Xinjiang's opening to the outside world, and then the degree of Xinjiang's opening to the outside world is calculated through principal component analysis. Finally, by constructing a model to evaluate the relationship between the degree of opening to the outside world and economic growth in Xinjiang, the paper empirically studies the relationship between the degree of opening to the outside world and economic growth in Xinjiang. The results show that: geographical factors, resource factors, Economic factors and policy factors jointly affect the opening up of Xinjiang to the outside world. The comparison between Xinjiang's degree of opening up and the national level shows that. The degree of opening to the outside world in Xinjiang is still at a low level. The results of empirical analysis show that the degree of openness in Xinjiang has a positive impact on economic development, but it does not play a significant role in promoting economic development. The degree of opening to the outside world in Xinjiang needs to be further improved. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for Xinjiang to promote economic development through further opening up to the outside world.
