【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放政策的逐步實施,所有制結(jié)構(gòu)也從“一元”向“多元”不斷發(fā)展,并成為影響產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。變革所有制結(jié)構(gòu)使得我國所有制理論與時俱進,進一步來促進產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。因此,研究所有制結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系,可以來不斷調(diào)整所有制結(jié)構(gòu)以適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的發(fā)展,進而為加快產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展指明方向。 本文運用計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)的分析方法,研究了所有制結(jié)構(gòu)的變革對產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤率的影響。結(jié)果表明：國有企業(yè)和集體企業(yè)等公有制經(jīng)濟對產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤率產(chǎn)生明顯的負面影響,而三資企業(yè)和私營企業(yè)等非公有制經(jīng)濟卻對產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤率產(chǎn)生顯著的促進作用；在不同資產(chǎn)負債率水平上,所有制結(jié)構(gòu)對產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的影響程度存在著明顯的差異；根據(jù)資本密集度研究所春有制結(jié)構(gòu)的作用時發(fā)現(xiàn),即使在國有企業(yè)占優(yōu)勢的高資本密集度產(chǎn)業(yè),三資企業(yè)和私營企業(yè)對產(chǎn)業(yè)績效的貢獻仍然高于國有企業(yè),再次體現(xiàn)了三資企業(yè)和私營企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:With the gradual implementation of the policy of reform and opening up in China, the ownership structure has been developing from "unitary" to "pluralistic", and has become an important factor affecting the development of industry. The reform of ownership structure has made the ownership theory of our country keep pace with the times. Therefore, the study of the relationship between ownership structure and industrial performance can constantly adjust the ownership structure to adapt to the development of productive forces and relations of production, and then point out the direction for speeding up the development of industry. This paper uses econometric analysis method, This paper studies the influence of the change of ownership structure on industrial productivity and industrial profit margin. The results show that the public ownership economy, such as state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises, has an obvious negative impact on industrial productivity and industrial profit margin. However, the non-public economy, such as foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises, plays a significant role in promoting industrial productivity and industrial profit margin, and the degree of influence of ownership structure on industrial productivity is obviously different at different levels of asset-liability ratio. According to the function of the capital intensity research institute, it is found that even in the high capital-intensive industries where state-owned enterprises are dominant, the contribution to industrial performance of foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises is still higher than that of state-owned enterprises. Again reflected the advantages of three-capital enterprises and private enterprises.
