【摘要】：隨著中國收入水平持續(xù)增長,需求的趨勢性轉(zhuǎn)折引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型期。經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型對資源配置提出了新方向,但在傳統(tǒng)銀行主導(dǎo)金融體系、一般服務(wù)業(yè)過度管制、公共服務(wù)供給機(jī)制和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)存在嚴(yán)重激勵機(jī)制扭曲等因素遏制下,資源難以有效重新配置,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡難以化解,增長動力不足。"經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型綜合癥"是指保增長的一些刺激政策和不匹配的金融市場化改革加劇了資源配置扭曲和金融市場風(fēng)險,供求失衡加劇,內(nèi)生經(jīng)濟(jì)增長活力下降與刺激性政策措施進(jìn)入惡性循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:As China's income level continues to grow, the trend of demand leads the economy into a structural transition period. Economic transformation provides a new direction for the allocation of resources, but in the traditional banking system, the general service industry is over-regulated. Under the restraint of serious incentive mechanism distortion and other factors such as public service supply mechanism and infrastructure construction, it is difficult for resources to be effectively redistributed, and the imbalance of economic structure is difficult to resolve. The "economic transformation syndrome" refers to some stimulus policies for growth and mismatched financial market-oriented reforms that exacerbate resource distortions and financial market risks, and increase the imbalance between supply and demand. The decline of endogenous economic growth vitality and stimulus policy measures into a vicious circle.
