企業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)度研究

【摘要】:在全球變暖的大背景下,世界各國紛紛為全人類共同面對的低碳問題和挑戰(zhàn)尋求快捷、有效的解決途徑。我國正處于工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程逐步發(fā)展階段,在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的研究和發(fā)展起步相對較晚,與發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)相比還存在較大的技術(shù)差距,因此,鼓勵企業(yè)低碳技術(shù)進(jìn)步,研發(fā)新能源技術(shù)是十分重要的。由此提出了技術(shù)進(jìn)步的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)度這一概念。 通過借鑒以往學(xué)者的研究成果,收集、整理北京市2005-2012年技術(shù)進(jìn)步的關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)資料,運(yùn)用灰色系統(tǒng)理論中的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度模型就技術(shù)進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響進(jìn)行綜合評價,結(jié)論說明北京市技術(shù)進(jìn)步促進(jìn)二氧化碳減排,也說明北京的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平在不斷提高。 為合理確定企業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)度,本文在充分考慮指標(biāo)的科學(xué)性、可操作性、可計(jì)量性的前提下,建立了包含總量、結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)在內(nèi)的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指數(shù)評價體系,運(yùn)用模糊層次分析法來對北京市2005-2012年相關(guān)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得出北京市每年低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)評價綜合得分。為了更準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算技術(shù)進(jìn)步對北京市低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn),對技術(shù)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行逐年替代,從而計(jì)算出北京市2005-2012年技術(shù)進(jìn)步的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)貢獻(xiàn)度值。結(jié)果顯示技術(shù)進(jìn)步對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是至關(guān)重要的,政府部門應(yīng)大力提倡低碳技術(shù)進(jìn)步,充分挖掘低碳技術(shù)節(jié)能減排的內(nèi)在潛力,促進(jìn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global warming, countries all over the world are looking for quick and effective solutions to the low carbon problems and challenges faced by all mankind. China is in the stage of industrialization and urbanization. The research and development of low-carbon economy started relatively late, and there is still a big technological gap compared with developed countries and regions. Therefore, enterprises are encouraged to make progress in low-carbon technology. The research and development of new energy technology is very important, and the concept of low carbon economic contribution of technological progress is put forward. By referring to the research achievements of previous scholars, this paper collects and collates the key index data of technological progress in Beijing from 2005 to 2012, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of technological progress on low-carbon economy by using the grey relational degree model of grey system theory. The conclusion shows that Beijing's technological progress promotes carbon dioxide emission reduction, and that the development level of Beijing's low-carbon economy is constantly improving. In order to reasonably determine the contribution of low carbon economy to the technological progress of enterprises, this paper, on the premise of considering the scientific nature, maneuverability and metrology of the indicators, establishes the total amount and structure. The evaluation system of low-carbon economic development index, which includes technology, uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to analyze the relevant index data of Beijing from 2005 to 2012. In order to more accurately calculate the contribution of technological progress to the development of low-carbon economy in Beijing, the technical index data are replaced year by year. The results show that technological progress is of great importance to the development of low-carbon economy, and government departments should vigorously promote low-carbon technological progress. Fully tap the inherent potential of low-carbon technology energy saving and emission reduction, promote the development of low-carbon economy.
