【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在2013年訪問(wèn)中亞四國(guó)期間,提出了共同打造"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。這是為我國(guó)全面建成小康社會(huì)而營(yíng)造良好外部環(huán)境提出的重大決策,也為新疆的改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定提供了歷史新機(jī)遇。根據(jù)新疆獨(dú)特的區(qū)位及優(yōu)勢(shì),我們提出了當(dāng)好"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"橋頭堡、排頭兵的目標(biāo),致力實(shí)現(xiàn)中央提出的推進(jìn)新疆跨越式發(fā)展和長(zhǎng)治久安兩大歷史任務(wù)。一、發(fā)展?jié)摿εc重大意義"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"是在古絲綢之路概念基礎(chǔ)上提出的一個(gè)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展區(qū)域,通過(guò)現(xiàn)代化的綜合交通通道和信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)通道將絲綢之路沿線國(guó)家緊密聯(lián)系起來(lái),東牽亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)圈,
[Abstract]:During his visit to the four Central Asian countries in 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic idea of jointly building the "Silk Road Economic Belt." this is a major decision to create a good external environment for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way. It also provides a new historical opportunity for Xinjiang's reform, development and stability. According to Xinjiang's unique location and advantages, we have put forward the goal of being a good bridgehead of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and a vanguard. We are committed to realizing the two historical tasks put forward by the Central Committee to promote the development of Xinjiang by leaps and bounds and to maintain long-term stability. First, the development potential and significance of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" is a new economic development region put forward on the basis of the concept of the ancient Silk Road. Through modern integrated transportation channels and information network channels, countries along the Silk Road will be closely linked, and the Asia-Pacific Economic Circle will be drawn to the east.
