【摘要】：中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)非洲直接投資的數(shù)量不斷增加,投資規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,投資領(lǐng)域不斷豐富,投資方式和投資主體也日趨多元化。但也出現(xiàn)了企業(yè)整體水平不高、對(duì)非投資調(diào)研不充分、高級(jí)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理人才缺乏、金融支持不足、部分企業(yè)誠(chéng)信缺失等問題。加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,科學(xué)規(guī)劃發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提高企業(yè)管理水平,充分發(fā)揮自身獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),創(chuàng)新對(duì)非投資模式,承擔(dān)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任,同時(shí)有效利用發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)非洲國(guó)家實(shí)行的優(yōu)惠待遇,是化解中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)非直接投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有效手段。
[Abstract]:The number of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Africa is constantly increasing, the scale of investment is constantly expanding, the investment fields are constantly rich, and the investment modes and main bodies are becoming more and more diversified. However, the overall level of Chinese enterprises is not high, and the research on non-investment is insufficient. Lack of senior management talents, insufficient financial support, lack of integrity of some enterprises, etc. Strengthen market research, scientifically plan development strategy, improve the level of enterprise management, give full play to their unique advantages, and innovate the non-investment mode, Taking corporate social responsibility and effectively utilizing the preferential treatment of developed countries to African countries is an effective means to resolve the risk of indirect investment by Chinese enterprises.
