【摘要】：大陸與香港在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會和文化上均有不同表現(xiàn),需從經(jīng)濟(jì)動機(jī)角度探尋陸港矛盾的深層原因。一方面,兩地經(jīng)濟(jì)格局變化使得香港市民優(yōu)越感缺失,而與內(nèi)地合作中的受益者的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益未被準(zhǔn)確測度和感知,社會成本承擔(dān)者卻夸大了相關(guān)成本。另一方面,區(qū)際摩擦本是區(qū)域一體化過程的普遍現(xiàn)象,而香港經(jīng)濟(jì)內(nèi)部的資源緊缺、青年就業(yè)、旅游業(yè)管治等問題卻被香港激進(jìn)分子轉(zhuǎn)嫁給了陸港合作和內(nèi)地游客。這都造成了陸港摩擦事件多發(fā),兩地怨氣加重。該文由此提出了增加挺港政策的普惠性,擴(kuò)大對港開放等針對性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The mainland and Hong Kong have different economic, political, social and cultural manifestations. We need to explore the deep causes of the contradiction between the mainland and Hong Kong from the angle of economic motivation. On the one hand, the changes in the economic structure of the two places have led to the loss of Hong Kong people's sense of superiority. However, the economic benefits of the beneficiaries in cooperation with the mainland have not been accurately measured and perceived, while the social cost bearers have exaggerated the related costs. On the other hand, inter-regional friction is a common phenomenon in the process of regional integration. However, the lack of resources within the Hong Kong economy, youth employment, tourism governance and other issues have been transferred by Hong Kong activists to mainland China Port Cooperation and mainland tourists. This has resulted in frequent incidents of friction between mainland ports. Therefore, the article puts forward some policy suggestions such as increasing the universality of the policy of supporting Hong Kong and expanding the opening to Hong Kong.
