中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、區(qū)域收斂與空間極化關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:本文根據(jù)新古典增長(zhǎng)理論、區(qū)域非均衡發(fā)展理論和新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué),結(jié)合中國(guó)區(qū)域改革發(fā)展背景,提出了兩個(gè)假設(shè)推斷。假設(shè)推斷一、空間極化是有利于中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的,同時(shí)對(duì)區(qū)域間的收斂也是有利的。假設(shè)推斷二、空間極化在運(yùn)輸成本不斷降低的條件下,會(huì)逐步升高,而要素運(yùn)輸效率的提升是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然,違背極化發(fā)展規(guī)律的措施可能是損害經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展效率。為了驗(yàn)證這兩個(gè)假設(shè)推斷,本文構(gòu)造了TW空間極化指數(shù)的面板數(shù)據(jù),參考β條件收斂模型,增加TW控制變量,進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究分析。實(shí)證模型的驗(yàn)證結(jié)果顯示:中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域β收斂系數(shù)顯著;控制空間極化指標(biāo),β收斂系數(shù)會(huì)上升;TW極化指數(shù)和平方項(xiàng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響效果顯著,但各系數(shù)值符號(hào)相反;對(duì)于影響TW空間極化指數(shù)的變量,“運(yùn)輸成本”指標(biāo)正向效果明顯。 本文的研究結(jié)論是:中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)存在絕對(duì)收斂和條件收斂;空間極化有利于加速區(qū)域間的收斂速度,同時(shí)極化對(duì)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展成“U”型變化趨勢(shì),及空間極化程度較低時(shí),,極化阻礙增長(zhǎng),極化程度突破臨界值,有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率提升;對(duì)地區(qū)空間極化水平的影響,基本符合新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)理論,“運(yùn)輸成本”的下降,有利于空間極化的產(chǎn)生。 在此研究基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出:中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展應(yīng)該采用以大城市化,高集中度為主,小城鎮(zhèn)均衡化為輔的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中,區(qū)域間要建立相應(yīng)協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,從政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變、財(cái)稅政策轉(zhuǎn)移、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、區(qū)域分工與一體化等方面,有效協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、區(qū)域收斂與空間極化關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:On the basis of neoclassical growth theory, regional unbalanced development theory and new economic geography, combined with the background of China's regional reform and development, this paper puts forward two hypothetical inferences. Spatial polarization is beneficial to China's economic growth and regional convergence. The improvement of factor transportation efficiency is inevitable in the development of market economy, and the measure of violating the law of polarized development may be harmful to the efficiency of economic development. In this paper, the panel data of TW spatial polarization exponent are constructed, and the 尾 conditional convergence model is referred to to increase the TW control variable. The empirical analysis shows that the 尾 convergence coefficient of China's economic region is significant; The 尾 convergence coefficient will increase when the spatial polarization index is controlled. The effect of TW polarization index and square term on economic growth is significant, but the sign of each coefficient value is opposite. For the variables that affect the spatial polarization index of TW, the forward effect of "transportation cost" index is obvious. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: there is absolute convergence and conditional convergence in China's regional economic growth; Spatial polarization is beneficial to accelerate the convergence rate between regions. At the same time, the polarization changes into a "U" type trend of regional economic development, and when the spatial polarization degree is low, polarization hinders growth, and the polarization degree breaks through the critical value. It is beneficial to the increase of economic growth rate; The influence on the regional spatial polarization level is basically in line with the new economic geography theory, and the decrease of "transportation cost" is beneficial to the generation of spatial polarization. On the basis of this research, this paper puts forward: China's regional economic development should adopt the development strategy of large urbanization, high concentration and small town equalization. The corresponding coordination mechanism should be set up among regions, which can effectively coordinate economic growth, regional convergence and spatial polarization from the aspects of government function transformation, fiscal and taxation policy transfer, industrial structure adjustment, regional division of labor and integration, and so on.
