經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的模型分析與計量檢驗

【摘要】:為了分析經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境間能否實現(xiàn)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,本文首先將資源環(huán)境因素納入內(nèi)生經(jīng)濟增長模型,運用最優(yōu)控制方法得出了可持續(xù)發(fā)展能否實現(xiàn)以及實現(xiàn)條件。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以我國1995-2011年30個省的CO2排放為例,通過構(gòu)建聯(lián)立方程模型和運用3SLS法對EKC假說進(jìn)行了計量檢驗。結(jié)果表明:(1)當(dāng)消費跨期替代彈性等滿足一定條件時,即可實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;(2)雖然現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟增長與CO2排放呈正向變動,但EKC假說仍是成立的,即我國最終能實現(xiàn)兩者間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;(3)工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、貿(mào)易開放度和城市化水平對碳排放不利,能源強度、一次能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)和環(huán)境規(guī)制則正好相反,其中能源強度是影響碳排放的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze whether the harmonious development between economy and environment can be realized, this paper firstly brings the resource and environment factors into the endogenous economic growth model. The realization and conditions of sustainable development are obtained by using the optimal control method. On this basis, CO2 emissions from 30 provinces in China from 1995 to 2011 are taken as an example. By constructing a simultaneous equation model and using 3SLS method to test the EKC hypothesis, the results show that: 1) when consumption intertemporal substitution elasticity and other conditions meet certain conditions. The harmonious development between economy and environment can be realized; (2) although economic growth and CO2 emissions change positively at the present stage, the EKC hypothesis is still established, that is, China can finally realize the coordinated development between the two; 3) Industrial structure, trade openness and urbanization level are disadvantageous to carbon emissions, but energy intensity, primary energy consumption structure and environmental regulation are just the opposite, among which energy intensity is the key factor affecting carbon emissions.
